There is no iron in the room, nor can you iron somewhere in the laundry room. If you need to iron/steam a t shirt, you need to call and give away and wait. This is a bit complicated and you expect it to be more fast, like making a room where you can steam, would be great. The street is very busy and loud at night. But this is not the hotel's fault

The hotel is very clean and it has a cafe where a lot of people from the city come every day The staff was polite and helpful. We had breakfast included and it was very nice: eggs, vegetables, pastry, snacks, sausages, very good coffee. It would be great if porrage was served more often. We used a laundry service, which was quite fast. There is a spa: sauna, hamam and massage (booking in advance,)

The food . Breakfast while having quite a varied selection is not particularly very tasty. Equally the restaurant food is not very well cooked. This could be a matter of taste of course. But then if you are looking for good food Budva is not the best choice.

We have stayed at Moskva several times over the last 5 years always found it value for money.

When we arrived at the hotel we saw a really friendly staff. They took care of us and answered all our questions. They left a small cake in the room for my birthday. What I can say extra about the hotel is that its restaurant is legendary. The waiters were very professional and we had the best pizza in this hotel even though we traveled a lot. Everything was of very high quality. It was a very high-end hotel in terms of price performance. We thank you for everything.

Nice decorated hotel in a good position, walking distance to the beach, shopping mal, to the center. Underground garage for cars. Breakfast was nice. Each room have a small balcony.

I don't think the hotel offers enough to justify this price (190 EUR per night for a single person double room). The services offered are in line with a 4 star hotel but it seems expensive for a 4 star hotel.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel. I enjoyed the architecture, the interior and the rooms with a hint of a luxurious vibe. They have a garage but there were also very convenient parking spaces right in front of the hotel. I forgot a small bag for my toiletries. It seemed a bit of a problem at first but in the end and maybe does not happen often for them. But in the end, they were handling it well and very friendly.

The room was a little small.

I loved the breakfast. Lots of choices. Dining room was clean. The room was clean. The hotel was in the centre of the city. We walked everywhere it was very convenient. I was very happy that there was parking available under the hotel.

SPA is not so great (only two saunas). Also a little bit moldy in corridors.

Apartment was great with big windows and great views. Very modern, clean and comfortable. There is hot water with fabulous shower. Breakfast was good, wide assortment of tasty, fresh food Dinner has many position for your choice -from soups to deserts (it is in high-ranked restaurant on the first floor) Location is also not far from the center and coast. Large parking is also nearby.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Budva for a conference. The clean room and hotel facilities were lovely, of course, but I truly have to commend the staff for being so welcoming and helpful. Mattress a little to soft for me. Only so so coffee at breakfast. Managers argument with the cook during my breakfast should be private.

Very polite staff, effective reception process, bright, well equipped and perfectly clean room, nicely fragranced soaps and shampoo. Many windows with effective light shades. During the night there was either little traffic or the windows are well insulated as there has been no noise from the street heard in the room. Decent breakfast collection.

Amazing pool area and lovely spacious rooms. The bar downstairs served great food and was a great atmosphere to have a drink on a night as it was always busy. It was only a 15 min walk to the old town and around 7 minutes walk to the harbour. There were also great beaches within a 20-25 minute walk. They also had a spa with sauna and steam room which was a great addition.

This wasn't a big problem for us but the sofa bed was in a slightly awkward position in the room, perhaps could be a better layout or a little bit of a bigger room when there is three of you.

The hotel is in a good location, a short walk to the old town, shops, restaurants and beaches. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they work really hard and everything we asked for they quickly sorted out and made a real effort to chat with us. The ladies on reception gave us great recommendations for places to go and how to get there using the bus or taxi. The breakfast has plenty of choice of good quality food and drink selection and there is plenty of option to sit inside or outside. We enjoyed some time around the pool which was very clean and a relaxing space to sunbathe, they also provide pool towels. We shared a triple bedroom which had a spacious bathroom and was cleaned perfectly every day.
