The host was very accommodating, and he made the house really cosy with nice furniture, a good stove, etc.

Very windy (not the property’s fault!) so difficulty sleeping but beds are very comfortable and lots of heating/ cooling provisions for changes in weather.

Beautiful location, ideally located to explore the national park. Very well equipped with everything you need to cook indoors/ eat nearby (with a car). Has a bbq and a fireplace. Owners were very friendly and approachable. We couldn’t figure out how to open the shutters and they responded instantly. Equally they ran out of firelighters for the fireplace the first night but very kindly bought and left some at our door for our second night’s stay.

The house is super cozy, very clean and well equipped. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Also, there are a grill for BBQ and a terrace with mountain view. The host was very friendly and always stays in touch.

The stairs to upstairs are steep and there is no handrail. Ok in shoes or with barefeet but slippy in socks. Lots of building work happening in the area. Didn't affect the enjoyment of the stay at the apartment but will change the feel of the area in time.

Location was good, just outside Zabljak and walking trails started from close by. Nice views from the balcony and the outdoor terrace. Clean and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Wine, juices and fruit on arriving which was a lovely touch. Coffee machine good too Didn't meet the host but he was responsive, helpful and provided restaurant recommendations Washing machine was a bonus and large drying rack helpful

Everything! Perfectly located for the black lake (trekking from the ski station), cosy. Filip, the owner is incredible giving tips & tricks on everything. The wine on the table, the juices and beers in the fridge, excellent coffee. We were sad to leave!

We missed an easy chair to sit outside, there is only a picnic bench. The stairs to the bedrooms are decent, but we missed a handrail.

A beautiful new house. It's decorated with great taste! We were welcomed by his mother. She speaks little english but she has such a warm personality that we felt very welcome! The refrigerator was filled, there where sweets and fruit. We liked it very much that there was a washingmachine. The cottage has a central location. It's nearby Dormitor park. In the village you can drink coffee by Shambhala Bakery. A great place for pastry and bread!

Everything was great! The owner met us upon check-in. The house had everything you need, air conditioning, heaters, washing machine, all kitchen appliances. The house was very clean. Wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue were prepared. Great location in a quiet area with mountain views. 20 minutes by car to Djurdjevica bridge and Tara river canyon. 20 minutes by car to the walking route to Bobotov Kuk. Near hiking trails for walks in the forest and in the mountains. One hour walk to Black Lake.

one of the most amazing experiences we had with a host. the host was so attentive and polite. he got us fruits from the market, snacks, umbrellas for each person when we told him it’s raining. he recommended us trails and restaurants in the area and provided us with everything we needed and beyond. the cabin is super cozy, sparkling clean, spacious, has everything you need including utensils, cooking equipment, wine, drinks, toiletries. but most of all we were amazed by the warm hospitality and care of the host.

Fire wood was a little bit wet, it was difficult to light it up.

Very cozy, nice and comfortable place to spend holidays. We were welcomed with vine, fruits and refreshment drinks. There were all necessary stuff to cook meal, a lot of things that make holiday comfortable when weather is not so good. Cherry on a cake - Netflix.

We had an amazing stay in the cosy chalet. You can walk from the chalet to the lake. Very clean bathroom, well organised kitchen, everything you need. Fruit, candy. Very friendly host. Must stay in Žabaljak.

Filip is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The house is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

Really fantastic house. It's very beautiful and nice. Excellent location for hiking - there is a path to the Black lake not far from the house.
