Bed is inconvenient as break down on chest part.

Location is good, nearby bus station, south gate to old town and in old town. Staff is kind and nice and try to peovide as many information as possible.

My only gripe, being a tall person, was the height of the ceilings and doorways. However, having said that, I understand when you are staying in a renovated old building that is a small price to pay.

Couldn’t ask for a better location with caring attentive staff to assist you for any needs required.

I liked it all.

Great, comfortable personal room in a hostel. I shared the bathroom across the hall with a dorm room. The staff kept the bathroom and common areas clean. Friendly, helpful staff at check in. Super location right in the old city.

The room - though offering a great view and including a couch - didn't really give me a comfy feeling, also the bathroom door was pretty hard to close (some maintenance is recommended), the doors let through quite some noise (not from the outside but from the hallway), there is a hostel cat with some neanderthal-like genetics which I didn't mind at all but I would have liked to know it belongs to the hostel as I had the doubt that it had sneaked in from outside (so I actually threw it out after also having seen it strolling around outside - but luckily it came back and nothing bad had happened)

Very central location, great value for money, well equipped kitchen, there is a WhatsApp group for the guests to connect with each other which I think is a great idea for solo travellers

during the winter time is cold. bring with you your slippers. check-in is strictly after 14:00. we were waiting around one hour for the receptionist. it was cold. AC stopped working after midnight, for no reason.

location of hotsel is amazing!!! next to the gate to the castle. a lot of restaurants around. located in the old town. we even made a new friend (a grey cat) which slept with us 🥰. the window view is awesome . receptionist was so helpful with recommendations.

The building of the private rooms is quite noisy, so earplugs are a must.

It is a great place to meet travellers, enjoy organised trips and stay centrally in the old town. The small pool is a nice perk.

There was black mold in our room and in the bathroom as well. The shared bathroom door didn’t close either - so people can walk in on you taking a shower or using the toilet (which one person did). Id recommend to the owners to clean the mold off the walls and put an additional lock on the door so the bathroom door could be locked properly. Easy fixes to make it a better stay!

I had the single-occupancy room back in May which I thought was fantastic for the low price paid. I usually stay at hotels and this hostel held its own in terms of accommodations/amenities provided. The walkway towards the Walls of Kotor was right up the stairs from the main doorway in the building I was staying at and that was super convenient. Milan (the owner) was very pleasant and provided so much information for excursions, etc. He's super personable and helped sign me up for a full day excursion to visit the northern parts of Montenegro which was a fantastic trip I recommend. His response time is excellent and he also assisted me with my heavy bags during check-in. I would 100% stay here again! I do feel a bit guilty as I can't recall if I left gratuity as I was room/hotel hopping from place to place, etc. during some heavy 2-month traveling around the Balkans but this place deserves all the praise! I see people complaining about the noise... I wasn't bothered as the nightlife eventually calms down so I had no issues. I'm not a drinker/social person so I didn't partake in the hostel in-house activities but from what I heard/saw -- it looked like a good time!

An incredible location right in the heart of Kotor, on the steps going up to the church in the mountains. The staff are lovely, super helpful and showed us lots of things to do and places to go. The hostel is super clean and the area is beautiful.

Nothing really the rooms are just smaller than the picture but adequate!

The hostel is in the middle of old town and the rooms have air-con and the pool is a good addition. The Kotor boat cruise is great and you get a discount if you stay here.
