Everything was absolutely amazing! The apartment was spacious and perfectly clean, overlooking the sea and the mountains. Perfect for your morning coffee! The private beach had everything you need, it was quiet and relaxing. There’s lots of bakeries, shops and restaurants around the apartment, and the city center is 7 min away. We would definitely come back again!

The best location in Tivat - very close to the airport (you can easily walk from airport) and at the same time very close to city centre - also in a short walk distance. The best part - the exit to the almost private beach. For other apartments, hotels there is traffic under the windows and the beach is across the road, for this apartment the beach is under the windows. Room has all you need - oven, fridge, tee and coffee, sugar. Stay was excellent and I would stay exactly the same place if came one more time.

Everything was perfect!

Absolutely everything was amazing! Appartment was big, new and very clean. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and the most amazing sea view from the terrace. Villa also has parking space and the best quiet beach area just in the front of villa. Villa also provides free sunbeds and sun umbrellas so no need to worry about those. Sea water is very calm and clean. The host was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this quite and hidden gem in busy Tivat.

Very good location: airport is near (it’s easy to get from airport to apartment by foot), Tivat centre is in 10 min of not quick walking, beach is very close to the building. Also room is nice and clean. The host is very helpful and friendly. All was perfect. Thank you.

We had a car trip around Montenegro. Stayed in 4 cities: Budva, Bar, Kotor, Tivat. This guest house is located near the airport but this did not affect the comfort since the airport in Tivat is not very busy and the planes fly only during the day. The guest house had everything you need our room was without a balcony but in this building has rooms with balcony on the sunny side. The private lodge was well-groomed the atmosphere was calm, the owner was friendly. This is what a vacation by the sea should look like. To pick up the keys you need to call the owner

We liked everything

The location of Olea is one of the best in Tivat. Host is polite and ready to assist you with anything you need. Rooms are clean, just like in photos. Furniture is new. Private beach is wonderful, sea is crystal clear. On-site parking is great and easily accessible. Apartment is not far from Porto Montenegro. Highly recommended, everything was on the highest level.

This is a beautiful apartment in a friendly residential neighborhood just right by the sea. The place is modern, comfortable and super-clean. Spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed, nice little kitchen, and cozy sitting area. The neighborhood is nice, and easy walking distance to Porto Montenegro. Marinko was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Marinko was easy to contact and checked in on how we were doing in a very welcoming and friendly manner. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. Having own beach with sufficient amount of sunbeds for all accomodating guests is a big plus and we really enjoyed it. Definitely highly recommended! Would definitely stay again.

The host Marinko was extremely helpful. The private beach just downstairs, in a less than a minute of walking, is the biggest asset as you can go for a swim first thing in the morning and last thing at night:) The place is calm and very well located, between the airport and the downtown. The room was comfortable and looked freshly renovated. It had everything we needed and we could also use the laundry room.
