I liked every single thing about this property.

Everything is clean and new, it's very comfortable. The pool area is very nice. They gave me a garage spot and to use safe for free! Breakfast is very very good, they serve everything fresh and high quality. It is very cheap compared to what you get. Staff is amazing, they helped us with all our requests in no time, they are very professional and were very nice all the time.

We choosed this hotel for possibility to park our car in privat parking ( booking says that such opportunity is free of charge). We reserved parking in advance, but when arrive, we were askes to pay 10 eur per day for privat parking in garage. Public parking was free, but during high season is difficult to find a place for parking.

New and modern rooms, a lot of place in apartment, TV with good Wifi, cleaning every day, clean pool, servis in pool area.

The apartment quite frequently smelled of sewage. This is almost surely because of poor construction (the trap). Additionally, the room only had a tiny trashcan in the bathroom. Not sure what they expected us to do with the empty water bottles (it was 37c outside). Keep in mind that they are strict about enforcing no swim dress (i.e. cover your top with a shirt/dress for men/women) in common no-swim areas. Room is pretty tight for 3 people - i don't recommend one room for 3 adults. There is "no food or drink allowed in rooms" but we brought in water to drink.

Breakfast was great, staff was extremely attentive at the restaurant. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It is about a 5-7m walk to Becici beach, though I recommend Kamenovo or Rafailovici instead of Becici. I sincerely appreciate the staff (including the cleaning staff) which really made visible efforts for a good experience. The espresso is fantastic.

The location is a bit off, not in Budva town and Becici where it’s located is sort of in construction. Otherwise great. I feel like the breakfast could be better, or they could refill better.

The breakfast could have been better. There were not that many choices for breakfast and when they ran out of some food on the buffet, like eggs, they didn't refill it.

The hotel is quite new and the accommodation was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we were even allowed to stay a few hours longer on the day we were checking out.

Not that much to complain to, except maybe add a bigger bin in rooms. Elevator is loud when announcing floors. Pool was filled with childrens that were screaming (at the time we're visiting which was early august) :)

Very loud floor announcement in the elevator, some wine and water glasses with bottle opener would be useful in the room. The beach that you could reach by 7 min walking distance has bars with very loud local music, therefore if you prefer nature sounds instead of party better to take taxi to cozy Queen's or King's beach.

Overall, the breakfast buffet had a good selection of cereal, sweat and savioury things as well as fruits. However, the cooked items at the buffet (sausages, bacon, fried vegetables, etc.) were presented on normal plates and cooled down very quickly after they were put there, so usually were cold when I got them. You could also order eggs prepared in any way you wanted them (omlette, bacon and eggs, etc.). These were made freshly for you and served to your table, so were warm and good :)

Very new hotel with modern furniture and clean rooms. We booked a Standard Double Room with Pool View but got a free upgrade to a bigger room which also had a small living room (with a couch) in addition to the bedroom. Parking was for free in a garage that belongs to the hotel and worked well. The staff was very friendly and attentative as well :)

There was a problem with the entry card, so one night there was no electricity in the room. Only street parking is free, what was not clearly communicated when booked the room. The breakfast was typical hotel menu, it was ok, but we missed some local specialties.

The beach was very close.

Hosts and staff make you feel unforgettable, I felt stressed and we really regreted to ruin our vacation while staying there. Don’t get tricked on good photos

Not recommend. We have never felt this way before visiting any other place. It felt like hosts who are always at the hotel overlooking everything you do. They constantly watch your every step at the hotel and makes you feel unforgettable. Rooms are not finished to contruct, some things in the rooms are really weird and not working. Location is bad since there are no sidewalks to go there and you have to ho on the street where cars are driving. So weird, never have this before..
