Everything was great. Zoran, the host, was always available for help. We had a problem with parking place as there was no available spot in the garage, but we found a solution together. The apartment is pretty big, there is a lot of equipment (we were provided with beach towels, sun umbrellas and more), air conditioners in every room... Despite the fact the apartment is right bellow the motorway, we didn't hear the sound of speeding cars/trucks. Nearest beach is 5 minutes of walking from the accommodation, but there are many more at a small distance (aprox 15mins walking). The elevatator didn't work at the time of our stay (except for the baggage), but we didn't mind :) Will deffinitely come back!!

Make sure, that you have really reserved parking, when we arrive to apartments, Zoran didnt know that we made reservation thru booking messages. Zoran said that his friend Is take care of booking.com things, not himself. In front of apartments is a few parking places, if Its full, you must go to nearby garage house near of high road or to hotel parking in front of apartments if Its free. Both options for 8eur/day. Outdoor AC units compressors was very loud, because they are fitted to wall of house without silent blocks. So when AC is turned on, and you want to sleep, there Is very high vibrations to your ears from outdoor unit thru your pillow.

Our first holiday in Montenegro. Zoran was really helpfull, we appreciate of his help with luggage from car to second floor. Almost every day he taking care if Its all ok. Not far from beach, quiet and clean room. Bakery nearby, cheap shops also.

I read in the offer that parking is available at the neighboring property for 5 euros per day. The man in charge of the parking lot asked for 8 euros per day.

The location is very good. Beaches, shops and restaurants are close by. The apartment is clean and big enough for a family of four like us.

It is almost impossible to find parking space around the property sometimes. And property has only 5 parking spaces available for customers.

Only thing that made me give lover grade is that sofa bed was really bed, uneven softness-hardnes so i strongly recommend to be changed as soon as possible.

We liked the location of the hotel and the room was nice. It have small french balcony but it would be much better that it had terrace. Room has everything you could need, nice closet, roomy bathroom only minus was the sofa bed that wasn't comfortable at all. I strongly recommend the owner to change it. Beach is fairly near the hotel, and it was pretty quiet too. Air-conditioning worked fine and there was hot water in shower allays .

The apartment is completely new and fully equipped as described. Everything is very clean. There is even a narrow sea view from the balcony. There is no noise from the highway even with the terrace door open. I definitely recommend it!

Elevator had some problem so we had to walk up to 4th floor everyday.

Apartments are nice and tidy. Very kind cleaning ladies. Good location of apartments near by beach with private parking (5€ per day). Budva which is near by is really nice place with many young people and many, many beach bars. Rafailovici where apartments are located is smaller town but also nice. All nice places are near by location (Sveti Stefan, Hawai beach on Sveti Nikola, Budva aquapark, old Budva town). Many beach activities like parasailing, aquatube, taxi boat, water scooters,... Clear sea, nice nature around and the best apartment manager Zoran -> he always tried to help as much as possible!

Many turists during main season, cars everywhere. Free public beach is quite far from apartments, for private beach you must pay from 15 to 10€ for two sunbeds and umbrella. For parking you need some driving skills :-)

Clean apartment, large enough for one family, towels and sheets were changed regularly, a lot of good information from the caretaker !

A few more pots and kitchen utensils (like a strainer or grater) wouldn't have gone amiss.

The apartment itself is big enough and fairly convenient. The host was very helpful and easily accessible at all times. No request was ever left unanswered. What was unexpected -- but as it turned out, very convenient -- was a radiator in the bathroom, which came in quite handy during a rainy spell.

Wi-Fi is rather slow.

Zoran, the manager, helped us a lot. He met us at late hour when we arrived and arranged a taxi to the airport when we left. Apartment is big enough for a family, well cleaned once per 3 days. Great location, close to a couple of good beaches, a lot of restaraunts, supermarkets, bus stop to Budva - and the area is still quiet and calm.

The apartment was excellent. There are two terraces. One terrace overlooks the mountains, the second to the sea. There are shops and several restaurants near the apartments. I would also like to thank Zoran for solving minor problems and for his hospitality. We will come again!

However Budva is overcrowded and more buildings are developing. Where the mountains meet the see not much room left. They try to squeeze everything in that tiny space. Beaches are crowded. Have plenty of EUR, its a cash-only country. Parking is a pain, fix it before you check in. Usually they charge 5-8 eur/day.

Great location, Zoran the host is really really helpful.
