Staff were phenomenaly nice and helpful, breakfast was delicious. Couldn't ask for more. Also the air was so fresh and the location enchanting.

The location is not really great. There are no nice beaches around (we visited both recommened by the owner and they were very disappointing). The road to the houses is terrible (really!). Its very narrow and rocky. It's very easy to break your car. Every trip out of the place was a terrbile experience. And, very important, ONLY CASH payment for everything. For withdrawing the money, ATMs in the city charge 5 eur per trasaction + bank comissions.... We came for 4 days and that was too much for thia location. I advice to come for 2 days.

The area of the hotel is beautiful and chill. Staff is very nice, helpful and takes care of every detail. Houses are small but nice and clean. There is a fridge and a kettle inside. Breakfast is AMAZING. Really top - many vagatebles, sweet and salty options. High quality products. Pool is clean and calm (we had it to ourselves everyday).

The Holiday park is cut off from the shore by another property - not really a problem, as there is a pool instead but if you expected morning walks on the coast, it is only possible by trespassing, or walking 4 km.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is magical. From cute wooden 🛖, to beautiful Olive Grove 🫒 with swings and hammocks, you can certainly find peace and quiet for relaxing holidays. And the al fresco breakfast is hard to beat, great selection and the sea view to enjoy while you eat. Pool is a nice addition as you need a short drive to get to the beach. Host and the rest of the staff very kind, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Oh and the freshly cooked fish in the wood fired pizza oven was delicious It's also great place for family holidays as very safe for children to run around

The long walk to the town and back for shops restaurants etc. the location is quite remote.

The location is absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. Had a great breakfast there and the staff went out of their way to please. One of the most charming places to stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this serene and tranquil accommodation. It's the ideal spot for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway to relax and reconnect with themselves and unwind. The staff, including Sylvia, Ameed, and the host Adi, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. On my first night, when I was jet-lagged, Adi went out of his way to personally deliver painkillers and essential items to me, which was greatly appreciated. There's a host of places to visit too, I shall be going back there and I highly recommend. For couples, when you go here, you'll make very peaceful babies😍😊😆

Amazing view and you are right in the middle of nature. Very calming in the evening. Pool was nice, BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING. Would definitely stay again. Reaching to the place for new drivers might be hard but if we made it there, you definitely can, the road is not that bad. There is no dinner (due to the season i guess) and no restaurants around but you can reach to restaurants with a 10 minute drive.

Stunning cabins with truly exceptional views. Lovely breakfast; eggs, salad, local foods, all so beautifully cooked, fabulously tasty. Wonderful staff. Outdoor pool was so clean and had an exceptional view over the sea. It was so peaceful, the sounds of nature are all you can hear. Paradise on earth. The staff were also exemplary; we have a four year old who can be a picky eater. They were superb with him. He would run to the lady, Sylvia, whenever we came back from town to show her his shells or purchases. She and all the staff were the personification of excellence. We were truly sad to go (but have just booked our flights for our second stay in a couple of months, so we are very excited to come back!) I would also say, as a teacher with a level and gcse students about to sit exams, who have been sending work to mark during the holidays via email and Microsoft teams which I have accessed seamlessly, thank you for the excellent WiFi which was quite necessary during the Easter holidays. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Such a beautiful place in the middle of the nature. Calm and so welcoming. We stayed in a front row bungalow which offered great views and sun on the terrace. The breakfast is amazingly served by the owners every day!

The thing that we didn’t like much is that the pool was a bit dirty but since it’s a bit windy area it collects the leafs and bugs over there so I can understand. Road was kind of like a path so it was a little bumpy. My car is used to it so it’s fine. 😂 We also run out of hot water for shower quite fast I don’t know why.

The facility overall was amazing. Stuff and owner were really nice and welcoming. Bungalow that we stayed in was quite spacious and cozy. You are surrounded by olive trees in facility. Apart from that my girlfriend really liked the swings that you have. 🙃

As others have commented, breakfast was served after 9:30. It was 9:40 I think by the time it all came out. We were in a rush to return our car but decided to wait for breakfast as we heard it was so nice!! It was the best breakfast we had over our stay in Montenegro and Croatia but was a pain to wait around for it and had to rush off after 5 minutes.. a bit of flexibility would of been good. Also, in the tent, you can hear all the clubs in Ulcinj on a Friday night. It was hard to sleep. Then we were awoken by another guest at 5:30am who was starting their daily prayers.

We felt so relaxed there. The property and estate is beautiful. Breakfast was like a show, so much variety. The meal we were served at night was simple, fresh, tasty and filling. We stayed in one of the tents. The toilet / shower was separate but private which was good. We really enjoyed the shower outside! Very refreshing.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. They offer an evening meal but that was no good for us as the only choice was fish.

There was a good selection of food at breakfast. The place was very relaxing and quiet. Nice pool to chill in the afternoon.

It's an amazing location in the middle of a large olive trees plantation from where one can enjoy the sea breeze and the view. Very calm and quiet. We wished we had more time to spend there. The concept itself is a different accommodation type. Very pleasant and welcoming presence of the owners, Mr and Mrs Buzuku.

No direct access to the sea. In my case not that important, but when I checked location on the map - the sea seemed to be quite close. But I didn't took into consideration the relief of the territory - it was a side of the hill

Absolutely gorgeous and peaceful place. If you want to rest from the noise and be surrounded by the beautiful nature this is the place to be. It is also very close to the city center and the sea. Their food is wonderful. I Highly recommend this place. :)

Nothing it was perfect.

Serene, Peaceful. Quiet. The location is amazing. A short drive to Ulcinj. The Pool is amazing. It’s the perfect sized pool. The cabin we had was perfect for 2 people. The Breakfast is also amazing. So many delicious options to choose from, all made fresh.
