Two days before leaving the water temperature in a shower was almost body temperature (was not fixed). The safe have broken after three days being in a hotel (was not fixed, because we left "do not disturb" label on the door and stuff didn't said that the handyman would not enter the room breeches of this label). There was no any gym at all.

The food was cold always, no fresh fruits, not a lot of cakes like shown in pictures, other bars sometimes didnt even had basic drinks, staff said inside pool is closed, but saw people inside there swiming.

Staff is amazing, clean, great pools/beach, even got a free upgrade to premiume suite, and best premium burger ever at mexican guy.

We had to wait until 15:00h for check in, we arrived earlier and we informed the hotel abaut that. They didn't give us the room key until 15:00h .

Didn’t have the holiday vibes. Very quiet , no entertainment and all bars shut so evenings were boring

Lovely complex with lots of areas to relax including 8 swimming pools and a number of bars however these were all closed when we arrived

Staff: It appears that most of the staff might not enjoy their jobs. At the reception, we witnessed them openly discussing guests in front of other guests and even chuckling at some requests, apparently assuming that other guests wouldn't understand the language. On one occasion, we requested assistance with our bags a day before check-out, and although they promised to help, it came as no surprise that they didn't follow through. Cleanliness: During our 14-day stay, our beds were not changed, and the room was not vacuumed regularly. At times, we found dirty glasses at the buffet. Accessibility: We were placed in the C section, which is the closest to the main building housing the reception and buffet. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in this section, even though many guests left their strollers on the ground floor. This proved to be quite challenging, especially for two women with an 18-month-old child, as we had to navigate the stairs up and down multiple times a day. If this aspect is important to you, I recommend checking other buildings before booking, which we weren't aware of when making our reservation. The pool is experiencing some issues with the coating peeling off

Location: The beach is huge, with plenty of sunbeds available both on the beach and near the pools. This makes it very convenient when you have children with you. However, it's important to note that at times, it can get quite windy, making it almost impossible to stay on the beach. We were fortunate that most of our stay experienced moderate winds. The area is notably less crowded compared to the Budva area. Sea: We visited during the first weeks of September, and the sea was decent, but I personally prefer it when it's warmer. Food and Drinks: The variety of food and drinks offered was quite good. Nonetheless, we did encounter some challenges when trying to find porridge for our child. They typically had white rice available, and they served a different type of porridge only once a day.

Nije nam se svidela usluga osoblja u barovima, nije bilo svega sa spiska za jelo i pice sto je obuhvatalo aranzman u barovima na plazi, nehigijena u restoranu. Prljav i flekav namestaj za rucavanje. Decije stolice jako prljave.

Svideo nam se mir i tisina, bazeni su odlicni, velika plaza, sobarice i cistacice su bili na izuzetnom nivou.

Some parts that are highly frequented would need a refurbishment (Main Pool, main restaurant chairs, beach bar) No information that some activities were net operated after high season.

Premium Rooms are brand new, clean and comfortable. Many many Pools, Infinity Pool, Kids Pool, Premium Pools, Foam Pool Party, Beach and Sea front - the perfect set up! Food and Beverages are various and available at any time. I highly recommend the freshly grilled food at the BBQ/Taqueria Restaurant (Premium only), and the Coffee and Cocktails at the Lobbybar.

Almost no waiters around pools. At the beach you cannot find any waiter.

Resort has excellent location and very good facilities. Pools are very good and not many people around them as you can choose one out of several pools. Food was very tasty and all types of food were at our disposal. Receptionist and housekeeping services are nice and pleasant.

Very nice and pleasant hotel. There are not much noise evening times because of disco/night clubs. Evenings are pleasant and relaxing. Hotel is clean, hotel personnel is helpful and friendly. Restaurants are pretty big to let peoples in and out without crowing up in front of entrance or while selecting meals. Perfect bar/restaurant in front of first building with two Mexican guys cooking delicious burgers and seafood. There are always ice cold beer in beach bar and lot of free sunbeds on beach.

We had to change our room from Premium to swim-up suits, because of the the dates we want to stay and the Premium rooms were not available for thd last day. The second room which we moved was not clean and not new. So it was a down point. We left 2 of our mobile phone chargers by mistake in the first room while we were changing our place. Even though I told them about it very soon, they said there were nothing left in the room. Both of the chargers were BIG+BLACK and one of them with 3 meters long charging cable, so in an ALL WHITE room like that, there could be only 2 reasons that chargers were not found.1) The room cleaners didn't clean the room and so didn't notice them. 2) The room cleaners cleaned the room, found it, but didn't give it to management.

The location is stunning, a beach with soft sand and a calm sea. The resort was spacious, and there were more than 10 outdoor pools that you could choose to use.

No indoor gym. There is outdoor gym, however it lacks basic features (like a pole for pullups or any kind of outdoor cage).

Resort is clean and stuff is really polite. Decently nice place to visit with family (with kids). Kids club works 4hrs per day, so you can leave your youngest for a care while you are enjoying the beach. Multiple pools and beach area are more then enough for you to have more then decent rest at this resort. I would deff recommend it and for sure I will visit this place again.

The air conditioner doesn’t cool the rooms enough to have a comfortable sleep , we had disturbed sleep every night for some reason this seems to be a problem in all of the European holidays the air cons just doesn’t work !!

Breakfast and spread was amazing, freshly made good quality food. The ala carte restaurants were exceptionally good especially the Italian one. The staff were extremely friendly and on top of everything, very well organised for the crowd that was there Kid’s entertainment was great- our 6 year old girl just loved being the shows . A full time running kids club was a bonus to enjoy a drink with my husband:)

Smell of sewage in the bathroom. Alcoholic drinks/coctails were very light on alcohol.

Staff very friendly and helpful. You were spoilt for choice at meal times. The rooms were clean, beds really comfy. The weather was not great but there was always kids entertainment popping up all over the place as soon as it started raining.
