Access is extremely uncomfortable by car via construction site through the garage -4 level ride down. Strange solution of the access by foot following the same car way. Reception service opening hours till 05 pm. Additional services. Absence of the security measures. No room service. Smoke from the nearby room balcony flew to my balcony. Bad ventilation in the bath room.

Overpriced for what you actually get. Would have preferred to stay down the road at the 5 star resort for almost the same price and you get your own sun lounges included in the price & pools etc. you have to pay 15 euros ontop for each set of sunlounges. 30 euros for our family.

1. There are almost no additional services. 2. Room cleaning was rare. 3. The hotel is not completed (unfinished hallways, some lamps missing in rooms etc. Second part of hotel is still in construction). 4. Very hard to find hotel by car and garage was in construction site with dust. 5. Breakfast was below average. 6. Kitchen has almost no equipment. On the one side, I think the hotel did not respond to EU 5 stars hotels. On the other side I did not expect such a quality - it is very good in value for money.

Area of which it’s located doesn’t have much to do besides the beach. Night life and attractions were a good 30 min walk away.

The hotel, when completed, will be incomparable. When we visited it about 20 days ago, it was operating, but in some parts there was still some construction work going on, such as in the underground garage, from where the exit of the vehicles was challenging. Apart from that, the positive aspect was that due to this situation we were the first to enjoy a huge brand-new room with a view to the beach.

Just for the magical view of the sea from the balcony, it is worth it. You can sit and stare at the indescribable scenery for hours. Of course, I would visit it again. Only for that view, which seems like it comes straight out of a postcard. On the left, in the background is Sveti Stefan, on the right the island of Sveti Nikola and right in front of you, the endless beaches of Rafailovici and Becici. I have no words!

this is more an apartment house with some front service, the girls at the reception were more than strange, one of them wanted to take our passport for an hour for some registration, denying giving away our personal ID I had a feeling she offended, she didn’t looked in the eye, didn’t help there was another one, who wanted to send us to have a breakfast in different places with our friend(just because he was on the 2nd floor), who was also a guest at the “hotel”, we choose to leave and to go somewhere at the beach (Peter was very nice, on the other day he tried to make up, so it was ok), we received just one key for the room (there wasn’t more)-3adults, no cleaning, after several reminder from our side was a cleaning the afternoon the day before we left (very superficial), no kitchen suppliences, no real entrance, you enter thru a construction and a garage, the name of the hotel is written on an A4 paper, not kidding…we were there with two little boys, the terrace is very dangerous, the 4 yo almost fell out from the 7th floor. this was our fault, we missed the controll for a second, but the hole on the balcony is not ok, please make sure no kids go out alone on the balcony. there were constant disturbances with the tv, even if i told them i dont need a help with it, they kept comming with people in charge the tv service, also they came and took our washing machine, leaving all the dirt on the floor for hours, we didn’t need the washing machine, the problem was with the distraction. we couldn’t pay by card, and even if they deducted from the end price we had to go and withdraw money early in the morning, we couldn’t transfer, they didn’t accept it. very loud music during the night, some party went on, also very noisy construction-garbage machine and so on in the early morning, so overall to be honest with two small kids sometimes it was not the best pick

the location is great, there was a manager called Peter (as I remember)-the one who has 4 kids (3boys and a girl 😄) was super nice and helpful, the apartment is modern, looked gorgeous, it was spacious, the beds are very comfortable. close to the beach, amazing-amazing view from the balcony, this is not real, I have never seen this beauty, the size of the balcony is amazing, so many stylish and modern restaurants on the beach, with a good value and amazing food. they brought us baby crib in the end, also we had a possibility to check out at 1:20pm, thank you :) i loved about the whole culture in Montenegro that they are super nice with kids, everyone. at the reception there was a woman, middle age very youngish, high heel shoes always, blonde, she was the only one who could help us and organized for example a taxi for us. i think she is the best person next to the manager at this place.

It was missing some services, mostly because the hotel is under construction. They also asked for cash payment.

I checked in at Hotel Palacio Del Mar on 30 june 2022 . I booked 3 Junior Suites with Sea View . I had a pleasant experience at the hotel .Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The hotel is obviously newly open and still is under construction. It had amazing view and the street goes to life after dark. Air conditioning was the best feature of the hotel .We’re planning to visit again .Thank you! Will recommend to my friends !

There was building work at the hotel. There was just a small Reception area and no other facilities available at ground floor or anywhere else. There was no bathrobes or slippers in the room. The TV didn't work. The hot water boiler wasn't working and was repaired at night. There was never anyone at the reception at any time. Just a phone number to contact if needed.

There was no breakfast available at the hotel. The location was good.

The worst experience ever. The hotel is not 5* First of all the hotel is not finished, you can see around the hotel construction work. The entrance to reception is trough garage.. the reception is very small and not 5 * worthy. The staff on reception is not wearing any uniforms or name tags, there was a little girl behind reception "desk" they wanted her to carry our bags.. They didn't have computer on reception, they didn't even say hello to us when we came.. they didn't told us about breakfast or anythiiing, they just told us to pay. You have to pay in cash and you don,t get a receipt.. There is not WiFi in the "lobby" and in our room there was no WiFi at all.. Luckily we didn't stay in the room and they gave us our money back, after hour of disscusion.. All in all outrages experience. Avoid at all costs!!!

place is still under construction, garrage spaces are not planned properly,too tight garrage and it is not over yet.There is no elevator from garrage you have to circle with your stuff. Breakfast is in another restaurant outside of a place and you wait for it like 1,5 hours and waitor brings you something else. Tv channels dont work. On a booking channel they listed themselves as a five star hotel thats why we booked and paid like 180 euros per night.We were disapointed when we saw it is apartment building still under construction.

Inappropriate stuff. Half done building. Poor breakfast. They didn't give invoice! ( after I asked them 3 times) I booked for 4 person and there were only 2 beds. After slowly they put me to bed, but they didn't bring 2 additional towel.

They claim to be a 5 star hotel. However it is cleary visble that they rushed to get some rooms finished. The hotel and rooms are not ready yet. For example, the smoke detectors are not connected yet, the sliding doors (between bedroom and living room) are missing. A hotel employee toled us that there was no money left to finish the room..... Also the rooms were not clean, we found stuff under the bed and food left overs in the kitchen. And the kitchen did not have a complete inventory (no pans).

The view from the room was good. Also the room was a nice size.
