It is not suitable for stroller, you don't have access to the pool or you can not exit from hotel to promenade with stroller.

However, there were elements that fell noticeably short of 5-star expectations. The reception desk staff were a mixed bag—some knew what they were doing, while others appeared confused, particularly when we asked them to book spa treatments for us. We were informed that we needed to book them ourselves, which seems out of place for a hotel of this standard. The spa being in another building was an inconvenience, but what was truly disappointing was the breakfast experience. Not only did we have to trek to a separate 3-star hotel for it, but the quality was anything but 5-star. The food lacked flavor; there were no coffee mugs and no juice. The omelet station was a letdown, serving us what can only be described as a dry, cardboard-like omelet with undercooked mushrooms. In-room amenities were also lacking; we found a kettle and two cups but no teabags or coffee. For a 5-star hotel, this is quite surprising. Lastly, the pool area, which is also located in the 3-star sister hotel, was unimpressive—leaves and trash littered the drains, detracting from what should have been a relaxing experience

Firstly, the room itself was a real standout—spacious and elegantly designed, offering a breathtaking sea view that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The amenities were up-to-date and everything felt pristine. The bar staff deserve special mention for their exceptional service. They were not only friendly but also very attentive, ensuring that our experience was pleasant. The bar area was spotless and inviting, boasting comfortable chairs and that same great sea view that enhanced the atmosphere.

The bed was too soft. The use of the gym could be free of charge. The hotel parking costs 15 Euros per night.

A perfect location. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very spacious with a large balcony.. The breakfast was decent and with variety of products. The hotel provides free floaties for the pool.

When we arrived , the recepsionist informed us that we can use the swimming pool, restorant and etc from the other hotels building which you have to cross a small street. There are 2 different hotels in name of 1 company. This is not explained before. This building is New. I am satisfied Just the different building situation must be informed before.

they don't have slopes for strollers everywhere, so somewhere we can lower the stroller down the stairs, the room had a stain on the carpet, it wasn't very clean

The hotel looks nice but needs an update. The only thing I could complain is the room cleaning. Room was clean at my arrival but I was there 10 days and my room was never vacuumed, same hair lying in the bathroom, room carpet very dusty after 10 days of staying. Only towels were changed daily and bedding ones which is fine. But the room and bathroom not being cleaned is not acceptable.

I loved the position of the hotel and the sea view was fantastic. Staff very friendly specially at the pool bar. Spa was okay but most of the time just the whirlpool was working. Jana gives the best massages ever, strongly recommended. Breakfast was good and good choices.

Receptionist didnt receive info from booking that we wanted to room with the sea view. When I said that we had chosen the room with the sea view he was ready to argue.. but we did get in the end the room with the sea view. Also, one man working as security on a parking wanted to charge us for the parking 15€ which is logical to be paid on the reception together with the room..

Na bookingu je bilo rezervisano sa pogledom na more,kad smo dosli,morali smo da doplacujemo jos 10e dnevno. Naplacuje se parking 5e dnevno,na kojem ponekad i nema mesta. Internet i televizije ne rade bas najbolje.

Osoblje je odlicno kao i hrana. Soba ima odlican pogled na more.

The room was small, the food outside of the buffet was terrible, the air conditining was terrible wasnt properlly working, everything at the hotel was with additional charge included. On the beach you had to pay for a sunbed to be otherwise they would tell you to get off the property, almost never free place at the beach, the cleaning service only swaped the towels and nothing else. Wouldnt recommend a visit.
