The ladies in reception was unprofessional at all, I think they need more training when they deal with group & need more Customer Service ti Handel Customers

Spa and pool are absolutely amazing. And breakfast is great well. everything is taty and fresh. Also as a big plus I'd notice that they offer soy milk and gluten free bread as an option.

Hotel provides parking lots, however I didn't notice it is connected with the interior by the elevator so I had to walk from the parking spot in the outer sub-level to the reception with the baggage.

Comfortable room, wonderful breakfast, beautiful places and great spa. Location is outside of Herceg Novi but it is great for the stay as the hotel is right across the sea which adds up with wonderful morning walks. Also Herceg Novi is cca 20mins walking distance and the walking lane is scenic so the whole experience with the activities is extremely enjoyable.

The spa was spacious and all round amazing surpassing our expectations. The hotel has a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains (worth the extra price for that view). The staff was extremely hospitable, polite, and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection. We had cocktails at the bar which were also fanatstic. All round high recommendations to visit this place 😊

A nice, modern hotel right on the beach, which has a Spa with mineral water and a salt room. Parking is free and right next to the hotel. Breakfast is good and included in the price. The staff is very friendly.

Fantastic hotel. A great experience from start to finish. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food and particularly breakfast was tasty. location was amazing. The hotels beach was lovely, and even seemed to have less sharp stones than in other places. The spa was phenomenal! Could not recommend highly enough.

The breakfast was free of flies which is great but it was lacking in areas. The pastries were not always fresh. Coffee wasn't great. The breakfast experience doesn't match the hotel. The beach should ideally be a no smoking zone but even if the butt's were removed from the beach and a general litter pick was done each evening it would be great. They wash down the stone around pool but I don't think they wash down the beach and I wonder is it so wise to leave kids play on it with so many cats around as well as the litter.

We arrived early and had brunch in the rooftop restaurant with the most spectacular view. The staff in reception, housekeeping and lounge bar were very helpful especially lidij a at reception. We went for a relaxing holiday, swimming in the indoor pool and sea and long walks on the promenade in the evenings. The sea was warmer than the pools which was around 26 degrees. We both went for a massage and enjoyed them. We ate in different restaurants each night and walked along the promenade to herceg novi each night. On two occasions we got the bus from a few metres outside the hotel 4 stops over to the old town, had dinner and walked back after. There are so many supermarkets very close to the hotel as well as bakeries and pharmacies. The hotel is stunning. Our room was perfect size for us. The beds were comfortable, air con worked well. The atmosphere on the promenade in the evenings was fabulous, people of all different ages and abilities out and about. It felt safe there with so many other families out walking. The sun loungers and umbrellas were great, beach towels were always lovely and soft. We all enjoyed swimming in the sea. We would definitely return.

The room without balcony is located next to the hotel stairs. As stairs are made of stone the people using these make a lot of noice, and it resonates in the room. Portions in the roof top restaurant were pricey for the size and taste of the food.

The room without balcony is good size and has a window to open. Hotel has super nice garden and pool/seaside areas. Breakfast has many options to choose from.

One of the best and most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in Europe. The swimming pool is amazing, staff were nice, however, the room was too small and the view was ugly.
