Me and my family were completely mesmerized by the apartment and the interior decoration. It was everything that we wanted and needed from our vacation in Tivat. Sanja was amazing, polite and exceptional. All that we wanted and needed was near our staying i.e., Petrović apartments. I would also recommend this place for staying because it is so close to every venue that you can visit in Tivat.

We would prefer to stay in new apartments. Besides that, nothing.

Petrovic apartmani are located in Tivat, near public beach. Finding the apartment was a bit complicated, however with a help of their neighbour, we manged to navigate narrow local streets. To be honest, we were a bit surprised with the apartments as when we were looking at the photos, everything seems new & modern, however our apartment was much different from that. We learned on spot that the owners have 2 houses with apartments and that on Booking we were looking at the photos of the new apartments*, but got/ stayed in the "old" apartments. This ruined a bit the first impression however being there in the peak of the season and tired after the road trip we didn't feel like looking for different accommodation. Nevertheless, we were ok with the "old" apartment as our stay was only 3 nights. The owner is super friendly and nice, offering a lot of help with any requests that we had. The apartment itself was quite comfortable and homey. Nearby is local store, further down the street also great bakery. Along the coastline, restaurants can be found and with a bit of walk, you can reach Porto Montenegro, a port, posh place full of restaurants and bars primarily for tourists from the yachts and sailing boats (prices are quite interesting too :). *photos of the old apartments are published on the Booking however are located at the very end. To avoid misunderstanding of what are you booking as a guest, 2 different listings should be more appropriate as there are 2 separate houses (located on the same courtyard).

I would have liked newer toilet bowls and mosquito nets on the windows. My complaint is with Booking.com. I needed to cancel first and second night to my original reservation and the remain nights I had previously booked were rebooked on Booking.com at a higher price. I didn't book an extra night, but cancelled a previously booked nights. In the future I will book directly with the hotel on their site. I was also surprised that a week after my initial reservation of 12 nights, the same property appeared on Booking.com as having Genius benefits (but only for 5 nights), that is, it appeared €15 cheaper each night accommodation. I rebooked part of the stay with the Genius benefits (5 nights) and I shortened the initial reservation, Booking.com's policy being cancellation and repurchase, but at a higher price than the initial reservation of the same period.

The accommodation was nice, with every necesary things. The owners was helpful and accommodating. Overall a very nice experience.

The accommodation was nice with every necesary things. The owners was helpful and accommodating. In 3 minutes you reach Belane beach. Being close to the Tivat airport, near the property you can see airplanes that have just taken off (in considerable size).

Everything was great and pretty much as shown in the photos. Very clean, spacious apartment in the ground floor, equipped with everything you need. It is 10 min walk to the city center and 2 minutes walk to the Belane beach. But far enough to be very quiet. The hosts are super nice, very responsive and helpful. The apartment also has a parking away from the street.

There's one problem... I don't want to go home from here🥲💔

The housing is new, clean and nicely furnished, there is a kitchen and a laundry room - ideal for both a family and a large company! 2 minutes from the beach, pebbly beach with clear blue water, very close to a beautiful promenade with many restaurants for any budget and many supermarkets. There are mountains and incredible views around 🌅 And the most important thing is the pleasant, kind and sincere owners of the apartment, a very nice young family, if there is a problem or question, they are ready to help immediately! And if you're lucky, you'll be treated to incredible homemade wine! You don't want to leave here, you just want to come back again and again❤️🏠
