It's definitely not a flaw, but just keep in mind: the apartment building has no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Also, the apartment is close to a bus station, but it's about 30 minutes walk to the city center.

Everything went great: The host gave us very detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, and we even got early check-in and late check-out. The apartment has everything we need: a coffee machine, kitchen utensils, toiletries, towels, and a great panoramic view of the mountains!

Lovely apartment just outside of Tivat. Close to the airport, the Navar boatyard, and 30 min walk into town. The kitchen is well stocked, and the host is easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!!

This is not related to the host/ apartment: area gets very busy sometimes with huge traffic jams and driving a car around gets pretty annoying. + Beach and restaurants are pretty far but reachable by walking.

The apartment was very modern, clean, cozy and with a lot of natural light. It was very spacious and the fully equiped kitchen + balcony were a very nice addition. During our stay we always found a free parking spot nearby. I recommend this place!

Lovely property in Tivat right next to the bus station. The property owner was a lovely woman who helped with directions and let us check in super late when our bus had been delayed. She also left a lot of recommendations and leaflets in the apartment for things to do in Tivat/Kotor. I really enjoyed my stay & on a plus the apartment also had WiFi.

For us going to third floor by stairs was OK but keep it mind if you are not fit as there is no elevator. There is no designated parking but being off season we were able to street park and even see the car from the apartment. Not sure what the situation is like during the season and when more building near by move in.

Excellent apartment, nice, new and well equipped with nice view of the surrounding hills and trees. Apartment has all the necessities and more. It is sunny and bright, comfortable and there is both heating and ac available. The mattress was extremely comfortable on par with a five star hotel. If needed I wouldn't think twice about booking again.

Apartment was super bright, living room is perfectly organised, bedroom was in the quiet part and without tv (which I liked). Kitchen have everything you need to enjoy your stay, equipped as someone is really living in the place 24/7. Airport, bus station, big supermarket are all close to the apartment, and value for money I paid is definitely worthy. Perfect for solo travelers and couples, definitely coming back.

Location isn't close to the city center and beaches, but it is certainly as in desription. However, if you travel by car,location will be very suitable.

Very cosy, in the kitchen there was everything basic someone could need, clean. It showed that the owner probably lived there and made it good for herself so it's now good for their guests.

Everything was perfect! This is one of the best apartments I've ever been staying to. The key box near the door of the apartment is a great idea for a smooth check-in and check-out procedure.

The apartment exceeded my expectations and set the bar so high that not so many accommodations will be able to beat it, I'm pretty sure. Piskalina apartment provides the same level of comfort, hospitality, cleanliness, attention to details, and client service as the five-star hotels do. Interior, furniture, decoration, facilities, kitchenware, domestic appliance, bathroom are just top-notch. In terms of amenities you'll be able to find everything you can think of — I mean every thing. Even the umbrella, spare battery and moisturizing cream. You are just arriving and start to live your best life. It's important to note that I was travelling in December '21 (not the high season). The apartment is absolutely prepared for this time of year, sometimes cold, windy and rainy. Thanks to the heating system, as I arrived the room temperature was perfect. A big kudos to the host! Slavica is one of the most helpful, attentive, gentle, well-mannered and professional hosts I've ever met! She sent a greeting message after booking; provided all the additional data on the arrival, transfer and keys via Whatsapp; interacted with the taxi driver by voice call helping to get to the location as quick as possible. Slavica also helped to get the tourist-tax paper without my presence at the Tourist Organization of Tivat, amazing! The apartment meets you with a bottle of wine, delicious biscuits, cosiness and suberb “You are home” vibes. The terrace gives breathtaking mountain view. A quiet location brings peace of mind. Tivat is a magical place, and Piskalina apartment makes it even more fabulous. I'm already missing this place, looking forward to visit Tivat again next summer and winter, and this accommodation I consider the only option to stay in. Thank you so much! Loud neighbors , they have one small child that scream and cry as soon as weaksup around 7:30, so we don't get much sleep . Overall, you can hear everything as the walls are thin.
