Breakfast buffet was often cold and housekeeping lacking (the very minimum done but cups not washed, beds not made). No bed clothes on arrival which we had to request.

Rooms were not clean. When we arrived there were hairs all over the bathroom. They cleaned vigorously only if we asked several times. We didn't received the rooms we booked, no carpets. The view was not the expected, it was obtured by buildings. All night was noise from the building in front, probably the ventilation system, but it was awful. The jacuzzi on the roof didn't had hot water, it was cold. Definitely didn't worth the money we paid.

Mi smo izabrali ponudu koja ukljucuje dorucak, kojinje u sustini bio ok, uglavnom su svaki dan gotovo ista jela posluzena uz male izmene. Aparat za kafu, se nama nije svideo tacnija kafa iz aparata.

Hotel je lepo odrzavan, zahvaljujuci divnim tetkicama, posebno bih izdvojila gospodju Cacu, preljubaznu i temeljnu, kao i plavokosu tetu koja radi na 2 spratu, hvala im sto su nam boravak ucinili lepsim. Lokacija hotela je takodje dobra.

Deluxe room with sea view we booked was not so impressive with the view. Huge building on our left, blocking the entire sea view, and right below us were more buildings making a lot of noise. I'm sure some of the rooms at the very top are excellent view and excellent sound wise, but our room view and sound were not clarified in the description. We were expecting to get at least what was offered in the pictures and the title, but that was not the case unfortunately.

Pool and the jacuzzi on the roof with the amazing view were fabulous and worth the money definitely. The breakfast was also very good. It was repetitive but had so much to offer so we did not mind. Every single staff member was always smiling and willing to help, which is very rare nowadays. Huge thumbs up for the two ladies working at the pool on the roof, they were not only helpful but also very professional at their jobs.

Lazy unreliable girls unresponsive reception staff , who don’t care about guest or keeping up promised 4+ star accommodation standards ( apartments checked out make sure is all clean tidy , supplied with unnecessary toiletries , all air con working properly) don’t just keep giving me a fake cynic smile saying oh nobody complain before that’s why we hasn’t fixed your apartment)

Like the location, really nice room, very comfortable. Staff were friendly, but spoke little English which was fine.

The used basic cosmetics from the bathroom have not been replaced neiher once during 4 days. Shameful. The parking of your car can be a problem. The included coffee was awful and almost undrinkable, but if you pay for one, at the bar, it's far better and tasteful.

I had the pleasure of staying in a lovely apartment with a balcony boasting breath taking sea views. The accommodation was good with roof pool, providing a perfect vantage point to soak in the beauty of the surroundings. The apartment's convenient location allowed for easy access to the beach, making it a dream destination for beach lovers. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay
