The smell of cigarettes was killing us as our apartment was located just above the restaurants. The breakfast is located a walking distance (but not directly close to the apartment) what can be considered a bit bothersome for some people. The whole area is new really filled with the concrete (Concretemania), so we were lacking trees, grass, etc.

This is a luxury place in Montenegro. The apartment is huge. Walking distance (just a few steps) to anything needs - some shops, coffee place, restaurant, etc. Nearly everything was great (staff, rooms, bathrooms, etc.). There was a washing machine with the dryer in the apartment (with required chemicals), so we were able to do proper washing. Parking in the roofed area - very good. The apartment is quite expensive, but really luxury.

i could not find the hotel easily. put a sign, better visual, and worst part is the exit. put something on the lift. on the metal fire door.

Its a bit secluded away from the heart of Herceg Novi. I also didn't like the restriction on which pool you could use etc. There are lots of pools but only accessibke to certain presincts/apartmenrs so you couldbt really wander from 1 to another.

There is no Western Union. The security of the last Potton (J, not sure) is so rude. Swimming Pool is small, but one still can go use One & Only Swimming Pools.

Everything, the Road from TIV Airport to the Resort, especially the experience of travelling across the Sea by a Barge, the Reception (Jelka Luilan + other wonderful Staffs), the Rivera Concept of the Resort. Our room was a Penthouse # 1 MC5. It has an amazing view. It has 3 spacious rooms + Kitchenette + Laundry + mixed TV channels. The resort has a bank, a variety of restaurants, full retails, Gym, Swimming Pool. The most important point is that Portonovi Resort is accompanying with the Garden Village and One & Only Resort. All benefits from all features and facilities. Adriatic Boat Agent (Anja and Irina) were stars. They manage to show us all marvels and sceneries of the Adriatic. Everyone was helpful and attended ( Mani + Other great staff all around the Resort).

We had a terrific stay. The quality of the rooms is superb. We ended up extending our stay from 2 to 8 nights and used it as a base to explore all of the Bay of Kotor which is a stunning destination

The beds are a bit too soft for my taste and the fridge could be refilled with water every day. The beach club menu lacks burata with cherry tomatoes and beef tagliata with arugula ;-)

Very nice and quiet place in the heart of Boka Kotorska. Here you have everything you need and everything within reach. Beautiful beaches, various restaurants at fair prices, cafes, beach clubs, parks and sports facilities (I used the gym and played tennis every day. On the tennis courts, Arsen is the man to ask for. Very professional and nice!). Not to mention the many stores, kiosks and boutiques. The apartments are large, yet comfortable and well equipped. The cleaning staff does a great job and the front desk team is very helpful (especially Nino Jovanovic is a pro - there are no problems, only solutions!). If you connect with the team via WhatsApp, they are there for you 24/7 - great. Buggies are available anytime and for various reasons - just text them and they come. Transportation to and from the airport in Tivat is top notch (black limo, very clean), and the driver (Stevan) is a pro at what he does. Portonovi has its own boats that can be rented to explore the hidden caves, beaches and bays. If you are looking for a quality vacation, Portonovi is for you!

We loved it here except for the food at Romeo & Juliet which we didn't like and the service was very very bad. Not that they were unpleasent just very slow and ignored us for most of the night.

Rooms are super big and cozy. AC works very very good. There is hewated pool on the top floor. Reception is very good, and also we used nanny service which made our night perfect! Thank you!

A beautiful new resort located in a perfect spot... close to Tivat and Kotor, ideal for day tours or just staying at the resort with plenty of choices of restaurants, cafes, beach clubs, beaches. Strange limitation getting only 4 access cards (6P) for our stay, initial also only 4 WLAN access codes. Only with a card you could enter the pool area. Overall service has room for improvement. Resort seems to have some challenge getting professional service staff, impression staff get trained on the job. Even at the top restaurant Sabia One&Only Hotel e.g. service didn't associated order's to table seat mixing up medium / medium- rear orders. Continental breakfast with an Omlet was ok, fruits plate or greek yogurt may be charged extra.

Top property we (party of 6P) had a excellent deluxe suite with a 50qm living room and 3 bedroom's, living room and master bedroom had a nice harbour / see view. 2 bedrooms had street view but ok as we enjoyed the large terrace and the living room most of the time. We had excellent Dinners with delicious food and excellent service at the Bloom Restaurant and the Tapa Sake - One&Only Restaurant.

Staff - huge problem. They are not trained at all. Waiters that dont speak English and start to clean up your table while you're still eating. When you enter a restaurant they stare at you without even offering a menu. Whats that all about.. Not tasty food Basically 2 courses for breakfast, either eggs or a croissant So overall you pay A LOT of money for something that is exceptional as an idea but fail to deliver in reality

Booking site did not spesify that in order to use the indoor spa area, it costs 150-170 euros per day per person. Beach and outdoor pool area was both closed. During our first days we had an ant issue in our room. Ants were crawling all the way up to our bed. After second time we mentioned it, the problem was fixed. Also our shower drain had suddenly a bad suction with no visible reson, so the bathroom floor was flooding after shower. Also balcony was facing a parking area, so not much of a view.

Area is pretty and well kept. Gym was clean and well equippet. Room was nice and had well equippet kitchen.
