Some rooms feel a bit dated, carpets on the floor had their better days. Off season prices could be lowered.

Probably the best location in entire Bar, right on the main beach promenade and near the city center. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Very tasty breakfasts with a wide variety of food. Kind and helpful staff. Amazing views.

Was out of season so some of the facilities were closed bar and restaurant and breakfast was only adequate

Breakfast table cleared from dishes but not cleaned. At check in reception desk didn't give any words about restaurant, pool, Wi-Fi or the usual, had to ask for everything. Pedestrian access from beach side unclear, found most doors closed. I went to a restaurant on the beach walk, so this was the logical way back to the hotel. Seaview rooms above restaurant, music is a little loud but stopped around 22.00.

Very clean and modern looking hotel and rooms. Self serve breakfast included. View from the room is very nice and in front of building is a walking street, lit at night. I liked this hotel. Good value in my opinion.

The staff could be a bit more friendly as they didn't smile at all and we had to ask them about absolutely everything, the restrictions on bringing any food, even little snacks, from a shop to your room.

Breakfast was great, the partial sea view and an inside swimming pool were nice, very close to the sea and beach.

a bit older furniture, carpets In the rooms (not a good choice for sea hotel), cleaning ladies were a bit noisy (but there was a large group at the hotel so I guess they were pretty busy)

The air conditioning unit in the room was a timer, and for our last night it wasn’t working and the room got very hot, even with the balcony door open.

They say offside parking , we thought offside building but parking 4 km away!! Could be 14 km away offside .. We could book another hotel without parking at less €40. They misdirect customers!! And evening nobody at the reception, closed door. Need to talk via diaphone ..

I would like to express my deep disappointment and offense regarding the actions of the staff at Hotel Princess during our stay from August 31th to September 1st, 2023. We had expected a pleasant and relaxing experience at your hotel, but instead, we encountered unfair treatment and false accusations. Firstly, we stayed at your hotel twice during the mentioned dates, with room number 320 on the second occasion. Upon checking out, we clearly stated that we had not used the minibar at all. However, as we were leaving the parking area, a male receptionist chased after us and demanded payment for a Toblerone chocolate bar that we allegedly consumed. We want to emphasize that we absolutely did not eat the mentioned chocolate bar. We informed the receptionist about this, but he did not believe us and accused us of lying. He also mentioned that Polish guests had lied in the same manner as us. This treatment was completely unjust and offensive. Due to our offense and disappointment, we decided to pay 5 € in cash for the chocolate bar, even though we did not consume it. We did not want to continue arguing with the receptionist, but we want to make it clear that this kind of customer service is unacceptable.

We had a half board package during our stay and breakfast and dinner was fine. Though outside temperature was over +35C, the hotel never provided an Ice-cream for dessert. Towels provided were overused and not in a good condition to be provided to gust. There is no coffee machine or a kettle for tea. Hotel located by the beach but not easy to walk as it is not a sandy beach. We also felt some of the hotel staff were not friendly as some of them seems to be bit grumpy.

By the beach, 5-7walk to a supermarket. There are lots of nice caffes and restaurants nearby. There is a nice Orthodox church in front of the hotel. Lovely sunset and shouldn’t miss.

The room we were taken to in itially had a strong smell of cigarettes. Fortunately we were able to change the room. In both rooms though the mini bar had some spirit bottles that clearly had been opened, used a bit and put back into the fridge so that was a little disgusting.... the coffee was horrible at the breakfast buffet
