Unfortunatly due to pre season there was no breakfast offered (booking told me there is an option) It's not such a bad thing as there are many options to get a good breakfast in the nearby towncenter.

The owners are super friendly and tell you alot about the nearby towncenter, where to eat and go, what to see and so on. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, it was quiet and i had a good rest in the comfortable bed. so everything alright with this. The location near the towncenter of Kolasin is quite excellent, and it's also a good basecamp for hiking trips in the near mountains or the Mrtvica gorge as there are not sooo many options at these locations. Overall i felt very comfortable and welcomed here and next time will stay for longer :-)

the location was very good in a quite place and walking distance from restaurants and some hiking trails. the room was spacious and comfortable it had everything we needed. The hosts were very nice and friendly, did they best to answer our questions.

The overhead lighting was very white, a warmer colour lighting would be nicer.

The host Lidja met me when I parked and was very welcoming. Told me where all the facilities were and how to get into town and that I should layer up as the temperature drops later in the evening (I would have gone out in shorts otherwise!).

My stay was amazing value a few minutes walk from the centre of Kolasin. The accommodation was very comfortable, lovely bed, hot powerful shower, great wifi. The owners were a lovely family and allowed me early check in and answered all of my questions. I liked walking into Kolasin which has some really nice authentic restaurants. The tourist information centre is also excellent to help you with your needs. Hiking in Biogradska National Park was beautiful and I recommend Mount Bendovac for amazing views. The Paris bakery is great for morning coffee!! I only stayed for 2 nights but I think the area is very popular for outdoor activities and this apartment would be a great base for a long and short stay. If you visit Kolasin I highly recommend you stay here. Great value!!

unfortunately I had noise in the room: - the toilet was leaking so I had the noise of the water running all the time: i closed the water to fix it - air in the heating system: I purged the radiator and turned off the water entry Those are small details and can be easily fixed, the overall quality/price is good.

The room was a little small. Not too bad but for big visitors it may be a little small. Again, overall the experience was very good.

Very nice and good people, willing to help. There is a private parking and on the rodaside. The breakfast is excelent. Lidya and her husband (making the breakfast just down below the apartment) and her son, Milan are very good people. Location is good, close to Biogradska park and Durmitor. An excelent starting point.

I think that the room was a bit too dark, but I noticed it is a common problem in Montenegrin apartments. It also was quite hard to take a shower without spilling water everywhere around, and since the bathroom itself is very small, it was disturbing sometimes.

This is perhaps the best place to stay in Kolashin regarding the price/service/quality balance. The room was small but clean, cosy, and warm (which is especially important during the winter season), and there was a place downstairs where one could leave their skis and ski boots - super convenient if you don't want to keep your belongings at the ski resort for an extra fee. We also liked the view from our room's window, as the house is in front of a beautiful church. It was calm and quiet all the time, so we could enjoy our rest and sleep well. The hosts are a lovely couple; they are very hospitable, kind, and always willing to help, always ready to provide some advice and support. Ljubisa (the husband) offered us rakija every morning during the breakfasts - by the way, the food was pretty good! Thank you so much, Lidija and Ljubisa, we will definitely stay with you again next time we come to Kolashin!
