Perfect location!!! Amazing room view just in front of the beach. Lots of shops around the property. The hosts have been very helpful!!! Would recommend to anyone planning to visit Budva.

The property may not be 5 star but was great, clean and comfortable and had everything required. Was in old town with a fabulous beach view. Host was very nice and accommodating.

Everything is great!

The studio has an ocean view with the most beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and parts of the old town wall. It‘s so peaceful in evening and at night with the waves on the beach below.

The shower was powerful, but quite small so the floor gets wet as it overfills slightly.

The location was perfect, in the heart of the old town and right on the beach!

The apartment was smaller than expected based on the photos shown, but it was nice and the location made up for it.

Best Location in Old Town , the view was really amaising and the host ( a tall guys , very polite and friendly ) . The apartment had all the equipment nedeed and last but not least , the balcony was big and the view exeptional .

The only problem we couldn’t find the apartment entrance easily because there is no big sign. It took time for us to figure it out. It could be helpful if they put any sign to show the direction at least.

The location is perfect. We had an amazing room with sea view. You can hear the waves’ sound from the room. The beach in front of the apartment . That’s why it was too easy to reach. The receptionist helped us and he was so kind. While we were leaving he gave us small gifts which was also really kind act. 😊🫶🏻

The beach is disgusting. The apartment is minimally furnished and with the high ceilings gives a feeling of emptiness. Bathrooms have no locks, so with 6 people, it becomes awkward. Paring is 200 mw away, so if you have a lot of luggage, it is a bit f a hassle. Parking is 2 euros an hour, but you can get a 2 day tourist pass for 30 euros (so add that on to the price if the rental. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only (not living room) and the units are small and would probably have a had time keeping the apartment comfortable on really hot days.

This is an apartment in an old house within the walls of the old town. Pretty cool, in that respect. It s right on the beach and near the Marina. Old town has many shops and restaurants and is fun to walk around.

The staff welcomed us warmly. We arrived in the morning and they allowed us to early checkin at the beginning of the day. The Messages over the booking were responded quickly. The gifts at both checkin and checkout time were very enjoyable. The location of the flat was in the heart of the old town with a fantastic sea view in the room. The room was also clean and adequate.

Apartment had a beautiful view of the ocean and is in a very prime location right in the old town of Budva. The staff there was very kind, they allowed us to checkout a little later and even printed out our bus tickets for us! Overall a fantastic experience.

It can be very noisy at night due to the wine bar next door.

The location in Old Town Budva is just perfect. When you open the window you can look directly on the beach. There are nice restaurants nearby, the beach is only a 2 mins walk away. The furnishing of the apartment is rather old and not modern, but overall we really liked it and cannot imagine a better place to stay in Budva.

It could have been a bit cleaner.

Location was excellent, right in the centre of Old Town. Close to little shops and restaurants and right on the beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly, also very quick to respond to messages. Transfers were arranged with no issues. We felt well looked after.

Beds weren’t the comfiest and the space was a little small for three people. Sheets instead of a quilt would have been good as well. These are just minor details though. Overall it was a beautiful apartment.

The view was amazing & fantastic location - within the old town and stunning views of the beach and sunset. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The space was clean and facilities worked well.
