It was a great and super comfortable stay, the staff were amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us. The views of the city and sea from the property were so beautiful. It was also only 10 mins from the city by car. The pool was heated which was a bonus. We recommend everyone to book it for their next stay.

The hotel was amazing. Nice and clean rooms, the view from the pool balcony was beautiful,the restaurant has very good food including local cousine which is excellent. The hotel staff is also very kind and helpful. We stayed with a 4 month old baby and the hotel gave us everything we asked for so that we could be comfortable.

so glad we chose his hotel which is just outside Budva rather than one in the centre, situated on the mountainside it has stunning views overs Budva and the sea chef was fantastic, superb simple accomplished cooking.. a family run small hotel withe great personal service. would highly reccomend.

Sometimes the food could have been better, maybe a small gym would’ve been a great addition.

The staff was extremely friendly. You have a beautiful view of Budva. It is close to the beach if you have a car. Facilities were great, great swimming pool, rooms were clean. It was a good price for what you got.

The floors of the room are washed with a product that can later be felt underfoot. But otherwise, the premises are clean, pleasant, there is enough space and well thought out for the visitor!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Reset - it exceeded our expectations and we were so glad we chose to stay here. All the staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help us. Breakfast was great as was the bar and restaurant. The location is out of the way (40 min walk down steep hill to centre of Budva - 20 euros in taxi back up or walkable if not in the midday heat!) but we preferred this and there are lovely restaurants closer than this. The views of the coast are stunning and the pool area is amazing, plenty of sunbeds and never crowded. Would recommend using airport transfer/car hire arranged through the hotel.

We liked everything but the music playlist was sometimes annoying when it contained just a limited number of songs and got played on repeat all day 😅 Feels that there was no need for a music at all, the place has nice nature sounds

We had a lovely stay 4 nights long. Staff was very friendly. Food in the restaurant was surprisingly good, especially everything with seafood! My boyfriend also really liked the montenegro beers.

Everything was above high expectations. Driving there doesnt need special skills. Its just a narrower mountain road with some curves. You need a car or u take taxi. When they called us taxi it was 8 euro down, from old town back in the evening taxi charged us 22 euro with taximeter so ud better ask the price before.

We spent 3 nights at Reset Boutique Hotel. All said before, this place is stunning. There are only 7 or 8 rooms in the hotel and you enjoy Budva from high above the city with its fantastic view on sea, city and green mountains. The place and rooms are new and really 5 star look and quality (we stayed in an upgraded very spacious one with kind of private terrasse on the right side of the main building) the pool is amazing, breakfast offers shorter but clever selection of food, restaurant food is delicious with reasonable prices. You really dont feel like leaving the place!

Driving to the hotel requires good driving skills, but getting there absolutly worth it.

Amazing place with a beautiful view of the see, the island and mountains. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff is very kind and helpful, did everything for the convenient stay. The breakfast is diverse and you can find good meals on the restaurant's menu.

Really nothing to not like, and this can't be blamed the hotel: if you drive your own car, prepare for some adventurous driving up to the hotel.

The music is very annoying and loud from early morning until late evening. Even worse cuz it's on repeat and they don't change Playlist . You won't get a quiet vacation there.

1. To us this place was more of a "café with hotel and pool", not a boutique hotel for tranquility (unlike the website states); It had cheap pop music playing from 10am to 10pm around the pool and restaurant. To us this was annoying since we aimed for serenity and rest from our busy business life. This hotel is probably great for families with small kids or for youngsters. 2. Customer focus could be better: when we kindly asked to at least turn down the music at our 1st night, when we were the only guests in the restaurant (!), the manager refused. Then we drove downtown to another restaurant (which turned out to be fantastic). I even kindly offered the manager to just cancel our entire 3-day stay, so he could pursue his own formula and we could book a hotel which would fit our needs, but he refused this because of "Booking.com costs". From that moment we started to look forward to our next hotel. For compensation we were offered a free lunch which was kind in itself, but we would have preferred a relaxing stay in style. 3. The swimming pool filtering system has a very small intake which sucks in water so fiercely that when my hand accidentally touched it while swimming I had a bleeding wound on my finger. My son's upper arm touched it also and he had a bruise at his arm immediately; I reported the unsafe situation and suggested to shield the intake asap.. 4. The pool doesn't look very attractive in general as the water is milky (not clear) and the glass façade at the edge is dirty and stained. 5. There was a hot tub at our balcony, but the water looked dirty and it had no filtering system. We decided to leave it untouched.. 6. Everytime we ordered something we had to pay right away: it couldn't be charged to the room. So I had to get my bank card and walk to the register every time; Very unusual. 7. The sensor lights in the apartment hallway are very bright which is annoying at night. 8. At Booking.

Spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds, sufficient breakfast choices, simple but very tasty restaurant menu, lovely view.
