You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesInconvenient/confusing entrance with luggage Breakfast was HORRIBLE - the actual restaurant looked so good but of course they don’t provide an exceptional breakfast. Rooms were not clean and sheets and towels were stained. Sheets had rips. Mirror had random tape holding it together Bathrooms had leftover items from previous guests. Closet had only 3 (mismatched) hangers. Outdated rooms and tv. Staff did not wear uniforms (aside from restaurant staff) and were not professional at all. Upon our arrival one the cleaning staff was having a screaming match in the hallway. There is a huge tree in front of the hotel that blocks about 60-70% of the “sea view” from the balcony. We booked this hotel last minute since our other hotel canceled on us. We strictly booked for the location thinking it wouldn’t be too bad for the price we paid. Do not stay here unless you are absolutely desperate.
Location is the only good thing about this property.

HungaryWe NEVER had so bad experience like that. First when we arrived they didnt had electricity, we have to bring up all our stuff alone by the stairs! ( we were two girls ). The room was dirty, the curtain was broken, the clima did not work. Another day we dont have water in all the hotel. Hot water we didnt have at all in 5days. The menager was extremly arrogant! When we ask something or paid our room she talk in her phone like we are not there. Disrespectful! We tried to reach the hotel before to ask about parking, they didnt answer at all. They dont clean the room not even once. we have to ask for a toalet paper they bring at the day after! We have to please them to change our towels after 2 days, first they say they dont have any, and another they they throw in our bed a newones. They take our pillow from the room to another room. They let us with 2 peace becaouse we are only 2 person. The breakfast was horribel, everyday the same, bred is dry, vegetabels are not fresh, coffe we have to buy it from the bar, there are flies on all the food. It was our second time at this hotel, in 2022 was also not perfect, but 2023 was incredible. The only good thing is that is a central location, and the weiters in the bar are kind.
The only good thing was the location. Is near for the beach and restaurants and bars. But the music is loud until 1.00 ( if somebody goes with a childrens maybe it will be problem ) and the weiters in the hotel restaurant are kind.

KosovoBesides the location everything else was GARBAGE, I got the Seaview room but once we got inside it wasn’t clean at all! The floor was full of sand and hairs all over! The staff was friendly at the beginning but when I complained about the cleanliness they started to get aggressive! They never changed the towels and never cleaned the room. I had to grab one of the mattress from the bed and put it on the floor so my baby can sleep safely and not fall off since there wasnt a crib or baby bed. Breakfast was alright. The doors to go in the balcony were broken. The mattress was HORRIBLE. We felt like we were sleeping on springs. Honestly worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The lift was also not working properly. When we talked to the manger she was telling us we didnt pay that much for the room so what do you expect. The room cost 80€ a night. We at least deserved clean towels and clean floors. Definitely not staying there anymore!!Terrible experience!!! Avoid at all costs. Not worth it!!

RomaniaThe hotel is a maximum of 2 stars. Not all the rooms are renovated!! The reception is improvised in the hotel’s bar. The elevator is old and works hard. We did not have the following facilities even if in the description was written that we will have: iron and coffee maker. The breakfast is the same every day and do not have much things. At 10 o’clock in the evening the water was not hot, but at 18-19 pm was good. The balcony doors does not close very well and it is a lot of noise in the room. The furniture is old. The pillows are very strong.
Close to the city center and beach. The balcony is big and the view is great. If you are traveling by car, pay attention that in the evening the street that goes to the parking place is closed - from 20:00 pm until 01:30 am. The public parking costs 6€ per day.
