The toilet is very dark and has only 1 small light

The property is located very close to the black lake and has an impressive view of the Durmitor mountains. The hosts are welcoming and their neighbours too. Had the whole place to myself as it was the off season and it was very clean and lovely.

Lovely hosts, very clean and roomy place. If you like to be a little further from the city center and closer to the Black Lake and the surrounding nature this is the location for you. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the lake. And there are several more smaller lakes in the walking distance.

Great house, right next to the black lake, has parking space and a kitchen for guests to use. All clean and new, hosts are friendly and helpful. A highly recommend place!

I think if the house if full WiFi can be a bit slow, but you come to Durmitor to hike so not a big deal, it works fine. Mattress was for me too soft, but that is a personal preference so I cannot really call this a downside. If you come here without a car, you need to plan ahead so you don't have to walk back and forth from downtown (2 km away). Also at night you will need a torchlight because the last section of the road leading to the property is completely dark. However all these are minor things and I can still recommend this accomodation if you are serious about hiking, nothing beats being basically at the entrance of the national park!

Rooms and Apartments Durmitor is a really nice place to base yourself from to explore Durmitor National Park. I got the basic room and although it is quite small, it has everything you need if you are travelling solo. Kitchen and bathroom are shared and are more than adequate. As already mentioned, location is superb, right next to the entrance to the national park. Hosts are also very welcoming and the view from one side of the property is amazing.

We felt like wo got a Hostfamily! The kitchen, livingroom and bath were shared with the host. we could just sit with them at the table and had fun conversations about language and cultural differences. We tried their home-made schnaps and waffels and we got a lot of tips where to eat, how long a hike would take etc.

My hosts were fantastic and very welcoming. I was without a car but found taxi to town was very reasonable so I used them a few times. Walking to the lake was awesome and walking up to the mountain and mountain air was refreshing!

Unfortunately I was attacked by bed bugs in the little room at the apartment entrance. I informed the owners who hopefully take steps to get rid of the creatures.

Best location near the national park, you have a breathtaking view from the peaks around, quiet place to meditate and/or rest, clean, comfy, hot water for shower, beautiful apartment, kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook; the owners are a kind and helpful couple, I book for 2 nights and end up staying for a little bit more than one week. If in the near future I go back without doubt I would stay there again.

There were no hooks for clothes in room, audibility was very high. Distance between apartments and infrastructure (shops, restaurants, bus station) quite long.

Guest house sittuated in wonderland - nice view to the snowy peaks, forest and meadows. Good starting point for number of mountain trails. The host was very responsive, helped in several private issues. Kitchen and bathroom were well-stuffed.

The hosts are amazing, the house is very authentic and cozy, it provokes to slow talks with a cup of warm tea or rakija. The place is very beautiful, the mountains can be seen from the windows, and there is a cat living here.

A lock may have been a welcome bonus on the room but didn't bother me. The rooms say they are none smoking but there was some smoking on the kitchen area and the house was heated with a fire I believe. I was fine with this but worth noting for those who are thinking of stopping that may not cope well with smoke or are asthmatic etc.

The hosts treated me like it was my own home and made me feel very welcome. They discussed the trails I had planned to hike with me and explained which ones may not be passable due to the snow, and suggested alternatives. I also got given a nice pancake on arrival.

For the price, it’s unbeatable.

There was a lovely vibe at the property and a great view from my spacious room. This place is incredibly good value for money. It’s in a quiet part of town but very close to the park entrance and walking distance to excellent hiking trails. The host is warm and friendly, knowledgeable about the area and has good english.
