Apartments are located in perfect area - a small beachside is basically in front of the building, beautiful Porto Montenegro promenade is max 10 minutes on foot. There are restaurants and smaller grocery stores in walking distance. Apartment was clean, spacious and equipped with everything necessary. The whole building is cozy and felt more like home than a hotel. WiFi worked well and they even have Netflix. As we travelled by car, we appreciated the possibility to park next to the building. The host was really helpful and we felt welcomed there. Really recommend to choose an apartment with sea view, the view is worth it!

Rosic Apartment is located in perfect situation- beach is 50 meters, small store is just on the corner, good restaurants (like Big Ben) nearby and easy to go for a walk on the promenade. It’s quiet but the main marina area is just max five minute walk away. Parking is also free and available next to the apartment. We did not met the owner but his father/mother were there to welcome us. They were friendly and always smiling :) Rooms were clean and with a great view (we stayed on 4th floor). All basic needs are covered! Only thing maybe to keep in mind for the improvement- a baby eating chair possibility. I guess families with small children would like that.. and why not even some playground area in the garden :) Overall- thank you! We will recommend you to our friends and would stay there again!

The apartment is near to the sea, there are more beaches to select nearby. We were really satisfied, the view was stunning from that flat at the second floor where we were, and we had everytingh what we needed in the apartment.

Excellent located, minute’s walking distance to 3 different beaches and the same to some splendid locations to eat (I fully recommend Ponta Veranda and Big Ben). There is a mini market 1 min to the location you can have fresh fruits and vegetables. Very quite area and very friendly personnel. Also very clean apartment.

Hosts of Rosic apartments are amazing people, ready to help and accomodate your needs. The location is perfect, really close to the beach and this nice restaurant with good food. The city center is only 15 minutes away on foot.

this is exactly what I needed

The host is amazing: very friendly and very helpful! the place is a 5 min walk from Buddha Bar incredible swimming pool and food. I suggest spending an entire day there. We had a one bedroom apartment - the balcony has such a beautiful view, waking up to that view of the port/ sea/ mountains was a plus. The place was very clean. I travelled with a friend, I stayed in the bedroom and he stayed at the sofa bed - the host has already left it ready for us. He provided extra bed sheets and it was very comfortable. there is a beach 4 min walk from the apartment. to go to the main area (where all the restaurants are), it is a 15 min walk. highly recommend this place.

Great location right on the beach front and lovely hosts. Appartment is spacious and clean. Parking is available in front of the house. There is a grocery store 10 m from the Housea which is very convenient. We had a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Super nice host. Location is perfect, 2 min walk from beach, ~10 min walk from PortoMontenegro, store just in front… and it has free parking. It was super clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacy and balcony had sea view. All in all, I would definately stay here again and I fully recommend it
