The shower didn't have a glass separation, the whole floor was somewhat flooded after one took a shower..

1. we planned to stay 2 nights and after arrival we have decided to stay only for 1 night. We didn't leave at the day of arrival only because it was already late and we were tired. we booked villa with 3 bedrooms. It is 4 starts hotel and the conditions and facility are very far from being 4 stars hotel. very disappointing and do not recommend to stay there. 2. there was cold outside (11 C degree outside) when we arrived. we got the key to villa when we entered we realized that heating was not on. We have complained that villa is very cold and it is impossible to stay there. The answer was that " the heating season didn't start yet". The owner (or manager) didn't care. after complain the manager bring small electric heater. We rent 3 bedroom villa as we needed 3 separate bedrooms and we got only 2 electric heaters. At the beginning the manager said that we can all sleep in one bedroom. I asked him if he is joking as I didn't rent and pay for villa to slip in 5 people in one room. He didn't care, it is cold . There was air condition on ground floor but not on the upper floor (where all bedrooms were. First time I had to use cold bedrooms and cold bathrooms 3. Facility is much worse than on the pictures on booking.com. It seems like not fully finished family house. There were half used coca cola in fridge and orange juice. In the sink there was not cleaned cutlery. very odd that it was not clean before we have arrived. Facility is full of dangerous elements and not finished elements (electric cables from walls; no handrail on stairs). 4. I believe there is a mold on the wall so staying there is dangerous for the health . The wall next to and below the bathroom on upper floor is colorful however it is visible that dark stains (spots) are not the color, but it is mold.

Lady at the reception in the night of arrival was nice and tried to be helpful . We have ordered soups for the supper and it was tasty.

- The Villa was a bit in the back, so at least it's quiet but might be a hassle when you have lots of stuff - I think they should mention that dogs were present around the villa (in case the guests were afraid) - The house was too "plain", it didnt feel homey and they need to up the cleaning, it looked like someone was living here (some stuff left in the fridge).

Location was spacipus, enough places for everyone (5 of us). Personal were super friendly and acommodating. For one night it was okay. Price of food was good. There are two toilets which is good if you have more people.

The hotel is also an event centre. We were messaged by the hotel on the day of arrival that there would be a wedding that night and the music will be till midnight. I was embarrassed to enter wearing shorts and sandals and a backpack during the wedding ceremony in the front garden. The music and fireworks were not part of our plan. I would have appreciated a message when we booked the accommodation 6 weeks before so we would have had time to change our plans if needed.

The room is large and clean. Bathroom was modern. Enough parking spaces since we came by car.

However, there were several inconveniences during my stay. The air conditioning in the room was not functional, leading to discomfort. Additionally, there was a persistent smell of mold in the bathroom, and the bed linen appeared to be already used and wrinkled. On the last day, we were informed about a wedding taking place in the hotel, and the music continued until 11 p.m., making it challenging to relax. Furthermore, the area near the entrance and on the staircase was poorly illuminated, posing a safety hazard, especially at night. Moreover, the pool, which was displayed as one of the amenities in the pictures, was not operational, which was disappointing. Lastly, there was a constant noise in the room, resembling a storm or hurricane, creating further discomfort.

This hotel is not 4 stars! Our accomodation was awfull! The room was smelling , no soap, no curtain for shower, towel for third person was missing! The swimming pool was small and water was cold there. The prices in the restaurant was different in menu and different when we paid it. We had terrible room , where air condition from the kitchen was noising in the evening until 10 p.m. We had to ask them for switch off, because we could not sleep.

In check in we were told about expected noise from a party in the hall until midnight. We disagree to stay under such conditions. Fortunately , since we made booking for an "appartment",this appartment was very far from the noise. However, the appartment was not clean snd missing some facilities, so we had to wait until it was cleaned. Then, after one person use we ran out of hot water. So one of us had to wait for the morning to take a shower. The problem was that the boiler switch was without sign and similar to light switches, so it was turned of with the lights. Lessons learned: 1. When you get an appartment for 60 Euro be suspicious. 2. Excellent booking grade do not gaurantee your needs. If we had carefully read the reviews we could anticipate the noise issue. 3.Check what is the main business of the site. If it is events hall the management focus will not be on the hotel guests.

The manager made big effort to fix all faults.
