The front door wouldn’t open from the outside. the first night another guest couldn’t get in so I had to help them. then the second night I couldn’t get in. it was another guest who opened it for me. i was worrying I wouldn’t be able to get in at all

I would have given a 10 but some problems impacted my stay: the room are not isolated properly and boisy guests in other rooms have been quite annoying at night. the air conditioning got broken last day of my stay and for the full day and expecially the night, the stay was quite far from being comfortable in the 35+ degree of Podgorica. the shuttle driver was not available to pick me up at the airport and, most importantly, did not show up to bring me there on my departure in the last morning. Hopefully those incidents have been a one off and they may not be occurr again (at least not. frequently), so i would definetly recommend the place.

Room was very comfortable and clean, larger than expected. The place is located litteraly 20 steps away fro republic square. Very friendly and helpful staff: Jelena and Vera ara amazing!

Room was extremely hot despite turning off heating also alot of street noise but this is to be expected due to the location.

The staff were great really helpful, location is good easy access to everything, tv had excellent movie channels and the shower/WiFi was absolutely brilliant

There is no toilet in the reception area if you need to hang out after the check out. No iron in the room and I could not locate the remote, but to be fair I did not ask the reception

It was a perfect place for one night, the room has all basics you might need. It's centrally located, a short walk from many restaurants, the sights or the bus station. The highlight definitely is the ladies working there, it was a pleasure to meet Vera and Jelena, such lovely people to have a chat with, I felt so welcomed, thank you! It's also possible to arrange a transfer to the airport which I did. The driver was so friendly and kind, a great way to end my trip, meeting such nice people!

The cooling didn’t work so the room was either very hot with the window closed or very noisy with the window open. Some of the towels, although very clean, had holes worn through them.

The location was very convenient and everything was very clean.

You need to be aware that this is a simple hostel. The price and quality ratio fits well. So the 4* in the name is a bit misleading, other than that nice place.

They don’t have standards for the room size and the is no elevator. Alot of keys to access your room, one for the building one for the hotel and one for your room. The one for building is hard to use.

The location is very good in city centre. The vibes is nice.

There was no bike left when I went (October)

The reception staff was very kind/friendly and of great help regarding tips to visit the city. Very quiet and clean rooms. Located in the center of the downtown. Very good relation confort/price. Free coffee. I recommend.
