Food didn't really live to expectations especially coming from their sister hotel Bellevue

The ambience of the hotel. The location is perfect for tourists. The decor from the emtrance throughout the hotel screams quality. The room OMG it was worth more than we paid for! Big, spacious, clean, and luxurious. Iberostar really outdid itself with this hotel. The staff was very attentive and ready to help. The spa and Hamman were worth the money. A big shout out to the lady at the spa/hamman she is very good at what she does, even with the language barrier, we had fun.

Excellent standards. Facilities all clean and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The bar staff on the roof terrace and the young lady making omelettes get a special mention from us they were always as accommodating as possible.

First of all everything was just perfect. All Personnels were so kind and helpful and professional on their job. Check-in and check out were fast and easy. Breakfast was also nice and delicious, it's not possible to go hungry after that breakfast. It has 5-6 types cheese, 5-6 ham and stuff, olives, salads, dry tomatoes, omelet, boiled eggs, vegetables, fried eggs, nuts and dried fruits, oat or almond milk, coffee and tea, and so on. Fresh fruits were seriously delicious and right on time to eat. Cleaning: the hotel was spotless! I'm a little high maintenance about cleaning and I was so relaxed in there. Pillows and bad were super comfortable. The room is large. There are some places to drink something and spend time, these drinks are extra but reasonable price. There is an infinity heated pool on the roof but we didn't use but the view of the roof top was also nice. I just have some recommendation to improve the quality of the hotel to another level. These are definitely not any negativities just a few things to be much better; the bar on the roof top works till 6 pm but I think the evening is the best time to having drink and enjoy with the beautiful view of the roof. And in the bathroom, there was shampoo, hair conditioner, moisturizer, soap, slippers but in this quality hotels I generally see some others like cotton, q-tip, ets. Hence, everything is perfect in this hotel. Definitely recommended!

There were noisy guests in the next room. This cannot be attributed entirely to the shortcomings of the hotel itself and rather it was the exception rather than the rule

The receptionist is a super professional, overall the service is at the highest level. The breakfast and dinner we had at this hotel were wonderful, varied and very tasty food

The breakfast buffet is a little weak, but that may be because it is not busy due to the winter season.It would be better if the breakfast varieties were increased.

The rooms are clean and smell nice. The hotel is new. The bathrooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. I would also like to thank the business for offering champagne at the entrance.

Everything about the hotel was perfect - no complaints!

I’d like to say a huge thank you to Iberostar for their warm reception and incredible service. From the friendly employees to the big and beautiful rooms, impressive facilities, lovely breakfast and co - my stay at Iberostar couldn’t have been more perfect than it was. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast had multiple options. The location was very central. The bar and bartender were incredibly kind. I've gone ahead to recommend multiple friend groups who have proceeded to book a stay at Iberostar. Can't wait to be back soon!

Wonderful comfortable friendly home from home. Bedrooms are havens of luxury peace and quiet. Employees in the reception and bar are wonderful ambassadors for the hotel and Montenegrin tourism industry. Special mention to Illija in bar area who is a gentleman and makes everyone welcome with his kindness. Thank you all for the wonderful stay.
