Great location to the beach and Start Grad (old town). Plenty of breakfast options and the front staff at reception were friendly and accommodating.

- bad organisation at reception, we waited for a long time for our reservations to be found - kids rooms were not cleaned, there were hair and rubbish all over the room and no sheets on the bed, that was fixed soon - resort was nice once, but now is quite dated, outside white walls are partly covered in black, wooden entry room doors are hard to close and are old - bed frames are very worn out - breakfast is moderatly good, same limited offering every day - what is declared to be 3* and 4* is at least 1* less - huge buildings and construction sites all over, leading to whole day long traffic jams in May (I wonder how must that look like in peak season) and there is litter in surroundings - overall, I feel it was not good value for money (for us parents)

+ concept of the resort like semi-closed mini Greek village with no cars inside is beautiful and very convinient for kids that come to sports tournaments + next to pebbles beach + walkable distance to old city, 20mins walk

Too far to walk to our unit, from reception and restaurant,we walked a lot , but not good for ederly people no phone comunication from room to reception if we needed help with anything..

The check-in times and the lunch times didn't correspond with each other. The check-in time was too late, and the check-out timd was too early, it wasn't even 24h. The luggage service workers took us to the wrong room once.

We had hard times having someone to clean our room or throw the trash. Through the stay only 1 time the staff cleaned the room and threw the trash away. The rest of the times, they didn’t.

It would be nice of the rooms were cleaned every day, though they emptied bins and changed towels every day.

The breakfast was good. Wifi was acceptable. Air conditioning was ok. Cleaning staff were friendly. i liked the pools.

The receptionists were generally very rude. They didn't listen to people. Despite the fact that the check-in time was 12:00 on the reservation site, the receptionists kept everyone waiting by saying the check-in time was 13:00 today.They didn't explain any resonable excuse and they didn't say sorry nobody.Stuffs were rude.

The staff was rude. We arrived 10 pm and there was no water in the room. Phone does not work. And when we call the hotel directly with cell phone they said we cannot bring any water.

The technical condition of the room: the water in the shower did not drain, the safe did not work, the phone did not work. For 6 days they never cleaned the room and did not change the bed linen.

Excellent location of the hotel in the walking distance to the sea and the main locations of the city.

Hotel don’t have own beach and have to look every time for place on the beach . Also menu in the restaurant everyday the same . My room was with damage spilling and during the rain it’s was dripping write on the bed .

I only didn’t like the sun chairs at the pool, think sun beds would’ve been better. In addition, they were also quite limited in number so if you didn’t “reserve it with your towel” early you wouldn’t get one.

Firstly, I was in one of the renovated rooms which had a really pleasant interior and new bathroom. We had a very nice terrace and also the room was quite spacious in general. I had to work and found the location perfect for some dips in the water in between meetings - WiFi worked well in our room too. So, would definitely come back :)

Our room was not cleaned at all, only towels were changed. You can tell that terrace was not cleaned for a long time even before our stay, because there was bird poop everywhere, so we didn't even use it😂

Concept of a small hidden village 😍 RONDO pool with salt water - very clean. Staff was very polite. Renovated room.

it was a lousy experience! Hospitality, quality of service, quality of rooms, breakfast was very bad. hundreds of mosquitoes were flying in the rooms, there were flies on the walls that those who came before us had hunted. cleaning is very bad. room phones are not working. They gave us only 1 shower shampoo for 3 days, we asked for it and they didn't give it again. We were sleep deprived because of flies and noise. The brunette and tall employee at the reception was very rude, they don't know the word please. I will never go again and I will tell all my friends in Turkey not to go either. it was a complete waste of time, rude people! There is no drinking water in the rooms, and it is not given when you ask for it. there is a lot of noise. Also, there is a separate area for everyone to have breakfast. When you ask for help, they treat you badly, bad people!
