The owner was very nice and friendly person who was highly interest in our pleasant stay. We got the best impression that this business is run by the heart. Perfect place for the stay with kids, but also couples will appreciate the relaxing nature of the spot. We stayed only for one night, but we can easily imagine to enjoy the longer visit.

Perfect accommodations for having a relaxed time in Budva. Easy going from arriving until leaving. Wake up with a coffee and enjoy the evening with a cold beer - everything is taken care of! Nothing that we didn't like much, except from the distance from the beach.

The room was very nice and cozy. But the real highlight was the owner . He was super friendly and helpful. Felt like family!

We had a wonderful stay in Igor's accommodation. The apartment is in a great location and you have a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. Igor is such a warm and friendly host. He is eager to fulfill every wish and also gives you great tips for beaches or activities. The apartment has everything you need. The pool with the sea view is wonderful.

Everything was perfect about this place. The host was amazing and went the extra mile to help with any requirements. Pool was nice to relax in and overlooking the hills and sea! Bed was comfortable and powerful ac. A great experience!

Sjajno mesto! Ovo je drugi put da dolazim i opet cu. Pogled na more, vila na brdu sa prelepim okruzenjem, apartman cist i ima sve sto treba za letovanje. Najbitnije, uvek prijatan i brizan domacin sa kojim je osecaj kao da ste kod kuce. Sve je bilo savrseno.

Only a bit of lack of personel. But the host ashured us that it is only temporarly.

The host is super friendly, atmosphere is very chilling, rooms are so much home-like, it is a bit far from the beach, but host provides free ride to beach and back twice a day, so i'm fully pleased.

We stayed at Igor's place for two days and it was an amazing experience. Igor is a jolly person. His place was clean, quite, and had a swimming pool with mountain and sea view. So overall, it had everything a person needs for relaxing. Igor also picked and dropped us to places at minimal price. We would definitely recommend this place for a stay at mountain top. Hindi version: हम इगोर के यहां दो दिन रुके थे और यह एक अद्भुत अनुभव था। इगोर एक हंसमुख व्यक्ति है। उनका स्थान साफ ​​सुथरा था, और पहाड़ और समुद्र के नज़ारों वाला एक स्विमिंग पूल था। तो कुल मिलाकर, इसमें वह सब कुछ था जो एक व्यक्ति को आराम करने के लिए चाहिए। और कम से कम कीमत पर स्थानों पर आस पास की जगहों पर पहुचा दिया।😊 हम निश्चित रूप से पहाड़ की चोटी पर ठहरने के लिए इस जगह की सिफारिश करेंगे। 😊

Not so clean in the room. But we are satisfied.

Super helpful and kind boss. Also we had a good conversations. He offers taxi to the beach and other places (important because apartments are about 800 meters uphill). Tasty breakfast, nice view, pool and fridge and kitchen in the room.

I really have no idea what to improve. But there is one: Igor, start buying Moldovan wine from me and offer it to your guests:)

I liked everything there. Igor (the host) is one of the best managers in tourism I've ever seen (believe me, I travel a lot). 15 stars (out of 10:) from me to Igor. The view from the balcony was to the sea, the pool is small but very nice. The bar area where all the guests gather is a meeting point for everybody and there you can have a nice talk/drink with guests like you. And when I asked Igor to drive MY car to the next apartment (because we went to a club with 6 Serbian guys the night before and drank too much there) Igor said that it all will be fine, just pay me 15 euro. Everything was exceptional!

Our stay was better than we could ever expected! Place is clean and has everything you need, pool area is awesome and you have bar in the building where you can even have breakfast. WiFi is also good if you plan to work from there. The biggest impression were the hosts - guys went over the top to make us feel like at home and even offered welcome drink and assistance for anything we need. They even have free transport to the beach (from 10 - 11 AM i think). Together with other positive things, they are one of many reasons why we will go back here. Thank you!

It is very nice, the house is on a hill away from the noise, only a few hikers or cars pass by because not much known tourist attraction, the olive tree two thousand years old, is located a little further from the house. It is somehow more pleasant up on the hill, the air is fresher, the wind blows, it is ideal for sleeping even without air conditioning. The house and the yard are completely cool, there is a pool with deck chairs around, a bar/restaurant (I think breakfast is there) with wooden tables and those tablecloths looks like a good tavern, and all around there are plants and trees. My apartment was on the top floor, the owner said the best view of the sea is from there, lucky me. And it’s really great; I was more on the balcony than in the room when not sleeping. I really enjoyed and would like to come again.

They are absolutely lovely hosts.We love it there.They always make us and the boys feel so welcome.It is a great location up on the hill with an amazing view.Breakfast is very nice!
