I like everything

We were the first Saudi family in this hotel. So, the receptionist kindly upgraded my room to a beautiful room with two terraces and two different views.. Everything in this hotel was wonderful. The breakfast, the staff, the quietness, comfort, etc. We also wanted to leave the hotel at 6 a.m. before the breakfast time and they prepared boxes for us to take away. They also prepared special food for us during our stay because we are Muslims and we don't eat pork. So, the staff were superb..

This hotel is great experience! We enjoyed our stay a lot! The rooms were very clean and the design of our room was interesting! The breakfast was really great and tasty! Lots of food and also tasty pancakes! Moreover we could eat fruits and donuts with coffee during the day - it was also so nice! The kitchen in the hotel is really tasty! We didn't want to leave the hotel and had the lunch there. In short, it was a tasty and big lunch! The service in the hotel is really great! Family is taking care of it, so you can feel the care everywhere. They even gave us ice at 1am) You can even ask for natural pillows if you want. They have them.

New building, calm and nice design, comfortable beds, different sizes of pillows. Pool area was nice and clean. There is sauna and we used it 😃 Actually there was nothing to complain about.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, and had more than we needed! The gym was amazing and the breakfast/daily snacks were delicious! We loved our stay here and would love to come back. The staff was incredible - they were so eager to help and truly so pleasant!

Nothing at all.

The Hotel is totally new, well designed and perfectly structured. The personnel is helpfull and friendly. Jym and spa were clean and modern. Rooms were very cosy and beds were comfortable. The place is strongly recommended.

A long walk to the old town (20 / 25 mins)

Location a bit far from the Old Town, around 25min walk. Also, parking in the area is complicated. Staff should greet and be more sympathetic. A bit over priced

Design is good and nice breakfast. It is a really nice detail they keep the restaurant area open with some food free of charge until 11pm

Location good and able to park car which was a huge bonus. DANIELLE (on reception) was outstanding in EVERY way. She was warm, friendly, funny, extremely helpful and supportive. Danielle is ab absolute asset to this hotel.

Everything went well, staff are super helpful and nice. We went there in low touristic season, but still enjoyed Budva and the hotel. Pool is not very big. We loved the breakfasts! Portions were huge and it was delicious and fresh.

As I mentioned above, staff was not very up to the scale for a 4-start hotel. We asked to get our sheets changed after the third day and we asked at least four times and still they didn’t. Their excuse was that there was a miscommunication. Breakfast and the hot drinks offerings were poor. It seemed amazing at the first glance as the variety was wide but the quality of what we ate was not up to the scale for a four star hotel. I would expect a better quality of tea and coffee other than provided by an automated machine. There were snacks available the whole day, but the same pastries were stored on the table without any covering for many days and they didn’t feel fresh.

I must say that the staff was very friendly and they tried their best to make us happy but they were very unprofessional. They seemed like they just got into the hospitality business. Decoration was nice, the facilities were cozy and the sea view was spectacular. Walk to the old town was ok. Around 15-20 mins. I wish we stayed closer to the old town Budva.

Staff are very nice and kind, but they need to learn how to give recommendations to tourists. I told them I’m going to queen’s beach for example, they did not tell me it has no drinking water kiosk!!! I’m a tourist, how would I know? And what would I drink? They booked me a taxi to another city, car had no AC. I don’t mean to negatively rate it, but they should’ve refunded me 50% of the last unused 2 nights.

The property was beautiful and the staff were nice, but I had to cancel 2 nights out of 5 and I was not refunded EVEN 50% of it! I am sure this could have been done. Property said it’s booking.com policy. I don’t trust or like booking.com anymore. And the property’s location is not outstanding for the price I paid.

Very bad coffee,very bad parking, although advertised it is available, staff friendly but not helpful to change things. Location was just too busy this time of the year, too many people, too many cars on the road No good restaurants close by and lunch and dinner not served at hotel. Sea view not good

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of small touches which were lovely. Breakfast had a large variety of choice and was huge. Decent gym and spa facilities.
