Lovely property a bit back from the hustle and bustle of Budva but still very convenient and with beautiful views of the ocean. Lovely and extremely generous breakfast self-serve bar, as well as crêpes and eggs made to order as well as Montenegrin classic breakfast platter. Parking provided. Comfortable bed. Room slightly on the tight side, but generously uncomfortably appointed.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location was great too and the rooms were very nice and clean! The food was very tasty but be prepared for large portions!! There's lots of free food throughout the day too. We also used the gym facilities and the pool. The hotel had everything it needed to for a reasonable price too :)

What a place! Sparklingly clean, stylish design, comfy matrasses, and a stunning view! Parking with an elevator is a miracle 😁 Very delicious various breakfasts with omlets and pancakes. Approach to have free coffee, deserts, and snacks during a day deserves special attention. The hotel team is kind and professional. Highly recommended!

We stayed at several hotels and Airbnbs during our 12 days in Montenegro, this was our favorite place. The hotel itself is quiet and comfortable. The staff is excellent. The breakfast offered is abundant, so much so that we had to ask for less food because we could never finish it.

Nothing the staff couldnt do enough for us

An amazing boutique hotel in Budva! That room was big and had really comfy beds and a great shower. Downstairs has a gym sauna jacuzzi which we enjoyed and has a good amount of equipment for a gym session! Breakfast was a super treat with a traditional plate of meats and bits to start with eggs and pancakes to follow! Also have tea/coffee and snacks/cakes available all day which was a nice touch. Would highly reccomend if staying in Budva

Nothing, everything was perfect.

It is a family run business and you can feel it everywhere. It is unique and the attention to details is excellent. Modern design, clean and very close to the bay. The approach to breakfast is like you are dining in a fine dine restaurant. For us this was definitely a first. But the most important thing are the hosts. It is not so common to find such excellent hosts. It was really a pleasure meeting all of them - Marko especially. Furthermore, we were welcomed with New Year & Christmas gift box which was a very nice surprise. All in all a must stay when in Budva. For us it will be for sure when we come back :)

The breakfast is the same every morning. Location is far from the old City.

The staff does everything to make you feel comfortable. The hotel is small enough to feel cozy and "at home". Free drinks and snacks all the time. Clean. Good breakfast.

In short line .. best hotel experience we have ever had in terms of service, staff and overall staying ! the hotel was built in a modern design with nice architecture and its relatively new .. the owner allowed us to extend our check out offering free snacks during the time we stayed with them .. location is almost perfect for anyone want to explore Budva city
