Great beach access, great pools, the GM of the hotel helped me find my phone that I left in a taxi, drove around town to find it, which was amazing as we actually found it. Great experience overall if you want to chill in Budva

We were in lux room with 2 bedrooms and the room was 2-storey, which was not very convenient for us in terms of stuff for kids and us being on two floors. The view was partially on the sea, but mainly the road with hard traffic and noise all day and night around. In the bathroom it would be nice to have nore hooks.

Food was perfect on breakfast and dinner. Dinner price EUR 20 was a nice surprise and a good value for money. Beach is good, swimming pools and bar were excellent. Bar is also good.

The food was pretty bad. A nominally wide selection, but without taste or of subpar taste. This goes for the food in the hotel dining room, as well as the food in the restaurants/cantinas operating within the hotel.

The staff, hard-working individuals, are doing their best. Receptionists, waiters, pool staff - a sincere 'Thank you' to them.

The distance to the beach and sea was a bit longer than expected. We stayed for one night and had already paid prior to arrival. At check in, they blocked an amount on the credit card anyway which is not the common practice and made an issue.

As mentioned in the title the hospitality was amazing and the staff was absolutely delightful-smiling and ongoing.. the property overall was comfy and clean..the view is stunning. They gave us free late checkout. Really nice pools, especially lower one, ideal for a small child. Generally the whole hotel is good value for money, buffet dinner is ok and cheap

This hotel totally exceeded our expectations, highly recommend this property if you are looking for a perfect place for a summer vacation. We enjoyed our spacious room with comfy beds and balcony with sea view. Big thumbs up for exceptional breakfast buffet, spa centre and beautiful sandy beach.

Staff very unhelpful at check in. Nobody working at the spa for the whole of my stay as advertised on website. No hot (even warm) water from the shower in the room for the whole of my stay, even when I raised this at reception they said an engineer would come and fix it - they never came. Breakfast is average and the hotel does not look like the photos! Take your money somewhere else in Budva, better options available.

Not by the investment of the hotel owner. The guests were greeted by a hotel without facilities, in some rooms there was only hot water and in others only cold water. You have 4 dishes in the food menu. The breakfast was poor. The spa is dirty, the sunbeds are old and the water from the shower cabins stinks, the water in the indoor pool is cold The manager does not know how to function under pressure, has no sales skills and his communication is at the level of uneducated and uncultured people. In the hotel located in Montenegro, most of the staff do not speak English well, and they do not know Serbian, which is the national language

It looked a lot closer to budva old town, it was an hour walk or a crazy expensive taxi on the street. Hotel can order a cab but after a night out it’s difficult to order one

We had a huge number of issues with our stay here, so many that I ended up keeping a note on my phone during our stay: - Our room smelled heavily of cigarettes the entire stay. We told the front desk multiple times and they kept telling us they would fix it but nothing changed. - Our refrigerator wasn’t working at all. - Our room had no hand soap or shampoo when we arrived. - Air conditioning broken, making clicking sounds and turning off randomly. - Our toilet had issues and kept running throughout the night. - Multiple wall outlets were not working in the room. - The coffee machines were always broken, this caused huge lines at breakfast each day. - Breakfast always ran out of options, and was generally understaffed. - No bowls / plates at breakfast, tables always dirty. - Very undercooked eggs / pancakes multiple times. - Food at breakfast looked old and clearly reused from the previous day. Sausages had paper wrapping on them making us sick. - The ocean view obstructed by new construction. Not to mention walking to the ocean was an ordeal down broken steps with sharp edges. We both tripped multiple times. - No beach area for guests, loungers cost extra money. The staff literally said “you can just lay in the sand” as a solution. The only thing we liked about this hotel was the view from our room and the staff were generally quite professional and kind. Everything else was a disappointment especially at this price point ($200 per night). We will not be returning.

The fact that in my first room was a water leak, so I got the room changed. Definitely the new room was worse, also didn't have any stuff comb, toothbrush and even water - all if that WAS in first room.

We booked a double bed and got two single beds there was no wifi on the first day We waited over half an hour for pool towels (was neither at reception nor spa) Refilling food at breakfast took a long time or was not provided at all
