no parking space nearby if you rent a car, some paid parking is located not far from the property but it does not always have free lots, triple room is relatively small and a bit dark, it's more or less ok for 2 people, but would be really inconvenient for 3.

great location, supermarket and port are within walking distance. rooms are nice value for money, beach towels are available, AC in the room really helps when it's hot

The guy was a little cold on reception but didn't kill mood. Would be nice if the outdoor gate was either left open or locked behind itself. Get a keypad :)

No parking place, we had a situation with a car. If you came by car, you should park in parking place, price 0,8€ per hour.

The location is amazing, just a few minute walk to Porto Montenegro, with a very good price regarding the location and comfort. Staff was very kind and helpful. Beautiful mountain and sea view from the balcony as well, I highly recommend staying

Bed was completely uncomfortable and there wasnot proper ventilation in roof top room. Noise isolation was not proper, I woke up someone's showering noise from next room. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this room. Also room structure was kind of scary since all roof wood beams was visible in weird way which gives diferent feeling while sleeping.

I had a very unpleasant experience with checking in. There was no one at the check-in desk, and I could not reach them by the properly official phone number. So, I was about to leave and occasionally I found a guy from the previous shift who could help me to check in. So, It took me an hour to finally get my bed! I should notice that my check-in was within the specified check-in hours!

We were two family and one of us arrived earlier and mentioned that we will arrive late around 10pm. First they told them it is okay but when we arrived they were already give the room to someone else and they fired us shouting, even though they did not canceled the reservation in booking and without letting us know anything

Bright spacious room made it a lovely place to hangout along with the garden. The Juliet balcony overlooked the water front and yet it was still very peaceful. Staff were friendly and nearby if we needed anything. Supermarket, taxi rank at the top of the road and many places to eat nearby.

It was a great location next to the beach and beach restaurants. A cosy room with both nice details and practical things such as a refrigerator and a kettle.

Too loud, impossible to sleep. Very loud nightclub music even with earplugs and noise cancelling earphones. Very hot despite aircon. Holes in ceiling that leaked during rain storm.

Decided to stay another day around the lake and looking for a place this one came up. Was pricier than we really would've wanted but management was really friendly and we had a really clean room. Altough it was rather small, the closeness to the beach made this all the better. Would recommend because is also a cheaper option in an expensive area.
