Very accommodating landlord, nice and friendly

If you have your heart set of a view of the water, perhaps request it specifically. Not all rooms have that gorgeous, gorgeous view. But there is still the private beach you can pop down to at any time, so it's really a lovely place to stay and relax.

Was very comfortable. It was a good base to explore the bay. The private beach was really lovely and the view is very beautiful. The host was excellent - he was very kind and helpful. He gave me a bottle of wine and was always available for support and help. Really was a great place to stay for a vacation. I went on a few different tours, and the meeting points were very easy to get to from the apartment. The bus station is also very close. It was really very convenient to explore from the apartment.

The apartment was perfect with good quality indoor and outdoor furniture. The balcony was huge with spectacular views. The private pebble beach was perfect for relaxing with direct access to the sea. Andrija was the perfect host who is very passionate about his country and extremely proud of his apartments. There is an amazing bakery to the right around a minute walk from the property. A small supermarket and beach bar/restaurant to the left. A short stroll to the town and marina made this apartment the best choice for location. We would gladly return and hopefully stay longer than the two days we did.

Great place to stay! The rooms are very clean with everything you need (tv, shower, kitchen). The owner is very friendly, he gives many important advices about Montenegro! One of the biggest advance, there's also a private beach with sunbends and umbrellas. We really enjoyed our holiday there! I'm highly reccomending this place to everyone :)

I cannot describe how blessed we were as a familly to find this perfect spot in Tivat. It has been our best vacation by far now. The location is perfect, the water is crystal clear with abundance of beach facilities such as sunbeds, beach umbrellas, showers etc. The host was tremendously friendly and was a very good source of info where to go and what to do in Tivat. I would definetly recommend it to anyone that wants a carefree vacation in Boka Kotorska with a private beach. We will revisit it in the years to come.

The location of our apartment is perfect, close to the market, beach, Porto, everything! Our room is very clean with comfortable bed, wifi is really fast which is essential for us to work online. Lastly, we would like thank our host Andrija, who is kind and thoughtful. He gave us a bottle of red wine as gift and even drove us to the bus station! How nice! Highly recommended this place:)

We've stayed in Tondo during end of June of 2021 and we've enjoyed this vacation in Tivat very much. Location is perfect with only short walk to Porto Montenegro. The rooms are new, very clean and with large and comfortable beds. If you prefer quite and peaceful stay, there is private peace of beach and the nearest public beach is only one minute walk away. Our host was great, very friendly and eager to help and make our stay more enjoyable. Ask him where to eat and what to see. He has good tips. :) We are looking forward coming back!

I was staying in this apartment in May 2021. Everything was wonderful. My host even bring me to Kotor to see wonderful views! The atmosphere was very calm and comfortable. Shops and everything I need was near. Actually, Tivat is rather small.

The facilities need some updating - things that need fixing or replacing.

The location is wonderful, the view is stunning, and the spaciousness of the apartment was great. The responsiveness of the host was exceptional when we needed things resolving.

Would’ve been good if the lounge had blackout curtains also on the door since morning light came through very early (quite annoying for someone sleeping on the sofa bed).

The host, Andrija, was super helpful and firendly! The property is very close to the beach and has sun loungers and umbrellas 🏖. The beach felt private and peaceful.
