Don’t question it. Just stay here! Maria and Urosh have created a wonderful place to stay at Apartments Villa PM near Kotor, Montenegro. Upon your arrival, you will be so relieved to find that there is a greatly appreciated small gated actual parking lot for your car. Maria and Urosh are so friendly and seem to enjoy making their guests’ stays comfortable and pleasant. Our room was a small studio apartment with a balcony. The space is “European small” with cleverly designed bathroom and kitchenette features made to fit. It has everything you need, including air-conditioning. Everything was spotless! The balcony view is absolutely amazing! But even if your room doesn’t have a balcony, you have access to the view. A short walk downstairs and around the back leads to a really nice stone patio with an access ladder for swimming in the fjord. There is also a tiny sandy beach which Urosh maintains very well. You can relax in one of the lounge chairs there and just soak the view. This is what we wished we had planned to do. If there is ever a next time, we will definitely stay here and will allow more time to simply enjoy the scenery.

There can’t be such a thing

Amazing location, sparkling clean, very comfortable, amazingly maintained. The private beach is so cool and beautiful and to wake up to these views was the best thing ever. Maria and her husband are very kind and helpful.

Amazing location with our our own private dock. Snorkelling and swimming excellent. The room was spacious and views from the large balcony superb. Maria was lovely and helpful and welcomed us with beers and cheese plate.

Arriving was hard because the signage is not easily visible from the direction we came. Once we turned around, we could see the letters on the gate.

This place is amazing!!! Slightly above a very private cove with views of the super clear water. 2 swimming areas accessible from the property complete with private lounge chairs and umbrellas. The apartment is very cute with a complete kitchenette and a coffee maker with supplies. The location is very close to a small grocery store with yummy padtries and fresh fruit. Perfect for a balcony breakfast. Also very closely situated to several restaurants for lunch or dinner. We drove, but walking is definitely possible. Plenty of parking at the property.

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa PM, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this place was truly special. One of the highlights of our stay was the access to the small private beach. The crystal-clear water was simply mesmerising, and we were delighted to spot tiny fishes gracefully swimming around. It felt like we had discovered our own little slice of paradise. Our host, Milena, was an absolute gem. From her warm greetings to the thoughtful gestures, she made our stay even more memorable. Each morning, she surprised us with freshly brewed coffee and some pastries. Her genuine kindness and hospitality truly made us feel at home. The apartment itself is perfect. Impeccably clean and well-maintained, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The functional furnishings were modern and not at all worn out. But what truly stole our hearts was the balcony view. It was simply breathtaking! We left this incredible place with hearts full of joy and peace. Thank you, Maria and Milena, for creating such a wonderful haven for travelers like us. 😇

No shower gel and shampoo but minor issue for us

Private beach facing the bay and free parking. Having the boat tour to pick guests from the private dock was super cool. Host Maria was very friendly and helpful

There is a private beach Beautiful view from the balkone City market is 2 km to the villa Private autopark The villa was silent. We stayed 1 day longer and got a bigger room Tue beach is amazing and preferable for privacy We payed 4€ more

There was only one thing that wasnt so nice. Aromas coming up the vents/ pipes in the bathroom.

We had the most perfect outlook from our room with a balcony. The apartment building is situated in, we felt, the best position in the bay being just outside Kotor town but close to little bars and restaurants we could walk to. Maria was super helpful with recommendations and her Mum made us some delicious treats! Everyone was very friendly.

We absolutely loved the view and the property. It was all very peaceful and serene. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were very kind and helpful and even sent us on our way at check-out with delicious homemade food! That was so thoughful. The location was perfect to visit all the towns in the bay. I loved how the boat tour was able to pick us up right out back at the dock. The swimming in the sea right out back was spectacular. I never wanted to leave and I would love to go back and stay here every year!

A microwave would have been convenient but honestly it didn't bother us that much and the rest was absolutely perfect.

This apartment exceeded our expectations and we wish we could stay here a little longer! The view was absolutely breathtaking and the apartment was modern, clean and spacious. All the facilities worked well and we loved the access to the private beach and deck chairs. Maria was a great host who responded almost immediately to our messages. I will highly recommend this accommodation (we stayed in Unit 7) and I would definitely book hete again if we come back.
