Everything was fine.

It was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge and a stove. There was even a portable heater in the room. There were lots of towels and blankets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, quite close to the bus station and the old town.

Location in the city center, spacious room with kitchen, balcony with a view. A quiet place, good tasty breakfast, beaches in walking distance, as well as the Old Town. Hint: when you arrive, just drop a line to them, check-in may be in the neighborhood hotel building.

We were checked in very easily and quickly. The owner of the hotel is a friendly, pleasant person. The room was well cleaned. Everything was great.

Furnitures are so much old fashion and not comfortable. I don't like the smell of heavy old wood furniture. Price is too much for this room.

Excellent hotel with excellent location and staff. 7-8 mins walking distance to Old Town. The staff was great. They were very nice and helpful and answered all our questions. Will be coming back! Thank you so much.

Wifi wasn't the best on the balcony and there were only mini shampoos in the shower, no shower gel. Also big balcony is connected with the apartment next to us but we didn't mind it that much.

Everything was great! Plenty of space and storage for our stuff. Big balcony, there is a kitchen with free tea and coffee, bathroom was great with washing machine if you need it. Great location, everything was really close. You can enter the villa with key or with a door code.

There aren't room service to clean the rooms. We needed to pay extra 10€ for each room to cleaning or we had to cleaning by self. The aircondition made very noise and we couldn't sleep well and in one of our three rooms it didn't work. The beds shaked and creaked.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The accomodation was in very good location near the old town of budva. There are market and bakery very near. Our rooms was such a photo very beautiful. We had parking in the accomodation. It is value for money.

You can feel a bit alone if you need anything since the residence is managed remotely (key system and code) Our room was smelling cigarette (I got some nausea) but I hope it will be solved soon for the next guest. Parking is a real topic in Budva. It would be stressless if a place could be offered (free)

Nice place, well furnished - with a big bathroom. You are approx 10min walk from the old town. And 2 min from the Municipal police - not a detail when you are lucky like us and get a penalty for wrong parking ;)

Very nice place near the old town Budva that has a supermaket, bakery and other shops nearby. We were going everywhere by foot, location was perfect for our stay. The host was very helpful and kind, would definitely recommend and stay again!

The room is a little outdated - old furniture, the door to the balcony does not open and close well, the shower cabin leaks onto the floor, one evening there were noisy neighbors - the sound insulation is not very good.

Good location, allowed to move in earlier, nice administrators. Sunny side, quiet street.

Some bulbs in the bathroom were dead, and water somehow appeared on the floor even when you didn't take a shower. I informed the administrator about both these problems immediately, but they weren't fixed during my two night stay.

Low standard of the kithcen, poor with euqithment. BAD parkingplaces.

Great location. Very triccy to park your car, you need to be an excellent driver, have a lot of time and patience when parking. Our car was also parked in several times by other guests. Free Wi-Fi and great location. The kitchen didnt have enough glasses, plates for the amount of guests. Very nice and friendly staf.
