The road access to the property is a bit complicated but there's in-house spacious parking available. The toilet access is through the balcony - pretty okay in the summer though :)

The hosts are really friendly - especially Mama Guci and Papa Guci! Top facilities! The terrace is awesome! Kitchen well equipped! Clean, comfortable and wonderful views of the old town and sea! Really spacious property!

The bathroom outside the room was a bit funny and strange. The villa in located on a quite steep road, if coming by foot this may be a bit tricky, also because it's about 30 minutes away from the bus station. However, the location itself is lovely and calm, away from the noises of the main road!! :)

Cozy room in a big villa with a splendid shared terrace overlooking the city walls ans the beach. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and the rooms were clean. The apartment is about 5-10 minutes away from the small ciry beach. The hosts were very kind and helpful at all times. Would recommend for a few days,

Anything that you don't like you can tell to the owners and they will solve it really quickly. After a few asked for the new sheets and got them straight away.

The apartment is private, family owned. I stayed last year and I had to come back again for a longer stay this time. Owners are really friendly and ready to help with everything. The apartment is close to the city center, with several beaches and also great nightlife at a short walk. It is clean and has really good (natural material) sheets. Several balconies with a sea view. I have been coming to Ulcinj for 15 years, and they do offer great value for the price.

Awesome porch to relax on and take in the amazing views of the beach and fortress. Host was lovely and answered any questions we had. Room was very spacious with great air conditioning and comfortable beds. Location was a 5 minute walk into town and about 10 minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach. Shared Kitchen was clean. I would definitely recommend Villa Guci and would stay here again!

The lady welcomed us very warmly and helped us throughout our stay if we needed anything. Modern building, very close to the center, easy accessible, spectacular views (at our balcony we could see the church, while at the common balcony we could see all the old town). Everything was clean, there was fridge, nothing was missing because even the steam iron we were able to get it upstairs. Special thanks to her for letting us leave the room 2 hours later for the checkout.
