Really friendly staff, comfortable attic room with a decent sized balcony overlooking the bay. Kitchen was equipped with everything I needed for basic meals, good air conditioning.

We were welcomed nicely and check-in was comfortable. The guest house is located very closely to the sea and Risan is a calm place in the bay of Kotor. The breakfast which you can get additionally is delicious.

We stayed in a spacious room with kitchen and bathroom. It felt like a mini-apartment. The highlight is the large family of turtles that live in a little yard there. The walk down to the seaside is easy. I would suggest walking to the town from the apartments since parking isn't the easiest.

We stayed for 4 nights and the room wasn’t refreshed meaning that the bin wasn’t emptied, the shower didn’t drain very well.

Very big, comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the bay, very short walk to the town and the bus stops. Good wifi, value for money, lots of private parking.

The apartment could be a little cleaner. A bit hard to find the location, it would be helpful to put some signs or instructions nearby.

If you want breakfast (5€), you have to order it a day before from the reception. We had breakfast for two mornings, ordered it for 9.00. But both times we had to wait for a long time (35-50 minutes). It seemed as if they had forgotten our order or it didn't reach the kitchen a night before. But even though, the breakfast was really good and I would suggest it, but not if you are in a hurry. We stayed for a week and during that time room service didn't visit once.

Very good location, great fully equipped room with strong AC, large bed and a beautiful view over the bay from the balcony. Plenty of parking space if you're travelling by car. The staff is friendly and we loved the pet turtles in the yard. It's at a quiet neighbourhood and close to the beach (2 minute walk) and Risan centre (5-7 minute walk).

Good location and a surprisingly nice view of the bay! The apartment is simple with most of what you need for a short or long stay.

the town is a nice calm place in close proximity to Kotor and others. the property is located in a walking distance from the shore and town center. Room was clean and pretty comfortable. Wi-Fi the best I got in Montenegro. the owners of the property were extremely nice and helpful, spoke English and Russian well. However there was one person at the reception who was pretty incompetent, and gave us a wrong room but spoke too poor English to handle the situation, not to mention that she seemed irritated with the fact that we arrived later than we specified on booking (but within the reception opening hours) - luckily the owners came and save the situation- so the incident didn’t impact my overall opinion of this place. I recommend it

Relatively ok, fully equiped studio with small kitchen. Old simple beds and matraces and broken shower, but highlight of the service of the young lady at the reception.

Bathroom was not so large but sufficient. The hours listed on booking for the check-in did not correspond to the check-in hours listed on the reception. However, we were helped within a couple of minutes anyway. The most annoying is the time for breakfast which was way to late (09:00). Therefore we had to leave before breakfast was served and get breakfast in the town.

The room was quite large with a small kitchen to cook something if one would want to avoid the walk to the restaurants.

Bathroom was clean but the toilet was leaking. WiFi was working only on the corridor. No duvet.

Minor points; We booked a lake view room, which we did not get. Which is a real shame as we were here only one night. Although served with a great smile, breakfast is best avoided.

Location of the hotel is great. Staff wonderful. Excellent on-site parking.

The room was old and bad maintained. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 childrens ages 10 and 14). The kids were supposed to sleep on a sofa bed that was to accommodate 1 person. The sofa bed was not made and we had a top sheet for 3 people even though we were 4.

The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was great with many options and freshly made.
