Beautiful villa. Apartment was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Delicious breakfast on the terrace with fabulous views. Great beer and rakija! The hosts were fabulous - generous, warm and welcoming. Will definitely stay longer next time!

Everything was perfect.

I really liked the location. the yard was very pleasant and the peace it gave you. The tarrace had an amazing view to enjoy breakfast or a drink in the evening vith the view of the sea.

We had lovely time at our vacation. Our teenage girls slept in separated room, but it felt save because we were so close. We had good discussions with hosts and they gave us good tips to places worth visiting. Nice views from rooftop balcony! Hope to visit again!! Thank you!

The road leading to the villa was a little steep and slippery.

A very fine and lovely villa. It is located right in the centre of Ulcinj, but it is well secluded despite being in a busy area. The hosts greeted me warmly upon arrival, they are lovely people. The pretty courtyard has lots of seating space, and so does the roof terrace, which is overlooking the city. Their establishment is beautiful and I felt right at home staying here. My room was very cosy and had all the necessary amenities. I have absolutely no criticisms for this place. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to visit Ulcinj, to stay here.

There was an issue with water draining from the bathroom, but Mr. Chady explained the cause of it, and will be solved as part of a bigger renovation plan he has for next year!

The location of this gorgeous property is at the start of the central area with a 10 or so minute walk to the beach. There are many restaurants, bars, and beach clubs lining the walk until the port. It is also about 20 mins walk from Ulcinj bus station. We were welcomed warmly by the host and the family with a refreshing welcome drink. The property has a beautiful serene rooftop that looks out to the sea and they have soft music playing in the background. Our room was clean, comfortable, and large with a living room in addition to the bedroom. The air-conditioning was cool and crisp. The bed was the best, very comfortable. There were lovely smelling diffusers and Budda statues everywhere on the property making it a relaxing and calm atmosphere. The hosts were superb, we shared rakija on one of the mornings with the owner, and they offered us some nice homemade treats. One night they also kindly invited us to their family event in another hotel, where their son, Andi was playing guitar. Ulcinj is such an undiscovered gem, in general, we had a fantastic time and 4 nights was not enough! Thank you, Mr. Chady, Valdeta, Andi, and the two daughters for making us feel at home. We will return next time!

Very clean and modern villa, just restored and everything was new. The hosts were amazing, they helped us with everything we needed. They also offered us coffee everyday. To reach the apartments you have to turn right on the main street, opposite a laboratory, uphill a very steep road. On this road take your first left and you will enter the apartments' yard. It is quite a ride but the owner is very helpful and can do it for you if you are too afraid. There is also an alternative paid parking on the street below (which is not steep).
