At the moment there are workings on the nearby,the staff at the reception aswell not good.she gave me the key and in the midnigjt the electricity shot down because of the card .asked the recepsionist for some issues and i got no answer

We spend 2 nights and had 2 breakfasts and couldn't find black tea to drink with breakfast. When we asked for black tea, their answer was it is preferred too much:((

The rooms were extra big. The staff was caring and polite except the guy in the night crew.( It became a real trouble to have the couch to be prepared for our 4 year old daughter) The location is great.

The whole reception area was smelling of cigarette smoke which was very uncomfortable for my family and I. No strict smoking policy.

The bed was broken - one side of the mattress sagged significantly, making loud creaking noises. Unfortunately, our complaint to the staff didn't yield any results. The cleaning is not done thoroughly. There is dust on the top shelves of the wardrobe that hasn't been wiped for quite some time. I even ended up staining my shirts.

The hotel is located in the center of Budva. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the city beach. However, we went to Mogren Beach, the most beautiful and clean beach in Budva, but it's a bit far from the hotel.

The apartments have a large space inside, however designed suboptimal if not questionable (huge sofa right in the middle of the room, kitchen sink in the middle of room as well, lack of cutlery, no pan, no frying pan), building construction outside right in front of the window, 15 EUR/day paid parking for the hotel guests (surprisingly not free), breakfast is useless (nescafe instead of filter/espresso coffee, half of the menu is unavailable). Lack of electrical sockets rather far from any place in the room you may find yourself.

Nice, perfectly clean and brand-new apartments right in the center of the city. Well-equipped bath with hot water, towels, bathrobe, slippers. Well heated while being in a cold spring. Generally good option, however (and subjectively) overpriced even in a low season.

Property photos on Booking.com atr outdated. There's a recently built building infront of Wow hotel that blocked half of the view from the unit.

fair to ask an extracharge for parking, but to say in the offer "private parking" and ask just when at the reception a price quite generous looks to me unfair

great room, in fact a studio. nicely furnished and fit with all utilities you may need, top rate. Breakfast- a shame, soluble coffee and juices level. Location - close to everything, but on the seaside the hotel is next to a large ongoing construction site. I was mountain view, disturbance bearable, but on the other side it may be unlivable..

1) I woke up at 4:30 a.m. because there was a party in the room next to my room. Here was no information in the room how to use the phone and call to reception. The guy downstairs promised to go and talk with guests from the next room to my. In fact he didn't do anything to help. I had to go back downstairs to ask one more time. The reply was "What can I do? I can't solve this problem". Actually it is a staff's job to solve such problems. Finally the party was finished around 7 a.m. 2) The hotel charged 10 euros for my pet. Second hotel in my life where they charge you for a stay with the pet, and tell you the price only after you make a non-refundable reservation.

The room is spacious. The hotel is located in the centre, near bars and restaurants, walking distance to the old town.

Terrace is shared with other apartment and it didn't have any chair or table where you can sit and relax. Kitchen is fully equipped but didn't have pots or frying pans which makes oven and stove useless. There was hot water but you need to open a tap and wait for it, from 5 to 10 minutes to come.

Apartment is very spacious, equipped with modern appliances. We had 2 tv's with netflix preinstalled. Breakfast is very good and large, but the menu could be little bit more diverse.
