Very nice apartment in a very well maintained building. A little bit tricky to arrive but the owner was very attentive and waited for us outside.

The first weak point was that the noise from the street was heard in the inside of the apartament. The second thing is that the water heating boiler tank was insufficient for 1 person to take normal bath.

The location, the host was friendly and helpful.

Wifi was a bit slow but apart from that everything was great

Mr Sedat was the best host ever, he helped us with our problem about the city tax, told us a few of his favorite places in old town of Budva. We would recommend this place for everyone looking for a warm place with an easygoing host. The location is also great, a bakery just around the corner for a delicious Balkan breakfast 😊😊

Bad Wi-Fi quality.

Comfortable apartment located in close proximity to the city centre and highly welcoming owner. Clean and well equipped. There was a parking which is quite useful if you are traveling with a car.

We had a nice and comfortable stay. Great location to stay in Budva. Because it is walking distance to the Old Town. There is parking space for the car. The room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean. There is even an iron. Thank you again to Mr. Sedat for his kindness and pleasant conversation.

It was quite tricky to find the parking spot near the apartment.

Nice room within a reasonable distance from the beach ~10minutes. It was possible to borrow beach towels and beach umbrellas for free.

The apartment doesn't have any balckout or any blind on the windows, just a thin curtain. For the ones that have troubles in sleeping with light it would be better to have some kind of balckout or blind in the windows.

You can go walking to the old town (10 to 15 min walking) and you have all the kind of services nearby (supermarket, bakery, coffee, etc.). The city itself it is not an easy city to park, but at that area at least it is free to park. The owners were friendly and helpfull. And the balcony was very spacious and pleasent to have our breakfast in the morning or to just chill out a little bit at the end of the day.

I didn’t not like anything really but the shower was a bit temperamental and it was easy to flood the bathroom. Also, the road is noisy as is the car wash opposite which seems to go on all night. Didn’t bother me as I live in the middle of a city but it might some people. Would prefer a blanket to the towelling throw.

Situated a five minute walk from the bus station the apartment was bright, modern, spotlessly clean and in a good location. It looks very residential at first but it’s a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and beach. The old town is situated a lovely 10 minute walk along the promenade. There are some nice green spaces around as well. I would return if I go back to Budva which was lovely too.

There were problems with finding a parking space for the car. Sometimes the wifi was weak and couldn't connect well. Water accumulated on the bathroom floor

I liked the price-quality ratio. The location was good. There were good restaurants and markets nearby. There was a good bakery across the street, where you could get good bakery products every morning.

The bed sheets remembered us a bit of towels but I am sure if you ask the hosts they will change them :)

Just too costly and not reasonable price for a solo traveler to pay 76€ per day.

The apartment unit is spacious and has everything u need like kitchen tools and equipment. Near from shops and resto. Just 10-15 minutes walk to the beach area ( Budva Beach). The owner is a lovely couple and they helped me all through out my stay. He even helped me with my heavy bags and even dropped me to the bus terminal when I checked out. Really appreciate it!
