There wasn't any major thing i did not like. The property is meeting your expectations, it is pretty good.

The property is located close to the old town, on foot it takes around 15 minutes to reach the main tourist locations. The house itself is clean, fully furnished and meets your expectations for long staying trips.

Amazing staying in Budva! I strongly recommend staying in this apartment! Owners are very nice and accommodating! Beds are very nice and comfortable. Very clean! So much space for two people, it can fit 4 people easily! Everything in the apartment is brand new!

We had a very pleasant stay. Host was very responsive, he met us on short notice and was very welcoming. The apartment is very cute, quite new and comfy. There is a washing machine in case you need it, also, the kitchen is well equipped.

A bit off the coastline - 15 minutes walk from the nearest beach. Bathroom ventilation did not work. Surrounded by other buildings, no great views (not that we expected it :))

A modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Nice, clean, cozy, spaceous, well-equipped. Very friendly and helpful host. Great location: several grocery stores and a bus station nearby. Nice balcony.

The entrance to the apartments was quite hard to find. There were no signs indicating where we had to go.

We were met by a very kind manager. All of the appliances (there was everything for living and everything from utensils to lift seemed to be installed not long ago) were very modern and easy to use. Very fast internet connection. Good air conditioning.

Some people may find it a bit of a long walk to the beaches old town (15/20minutes) in the heta, especially if you want to go back and forth. If you are not used to big city traffic, the road you have to cross could also be a little daunting for some people. The apartment has been really well done with modern kitchen/bathroom but the sofa is in need of updating.

The host was really helpful answering questions in advance and collected us from the airport including bringing a child’s seat for our little boy. He gave us lots of advice on the drive to the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a stay in Budva. If you want to stay close enough to walk to the old town/beaches but away from the hustle and bustle this is the ideal location. Was lovely to be able to sit out on the balcony in an evening.

The bedding was extremely sparse, a thin rough top sheet (no duvet, blanket or anything like that until I asked). The bathroom sink's hose fell out one night and water flooded the bathroom. There is a washing machine which is normally a bonus, but it ruined at least two of my outfits (there were little holes all over them). The decor is cheap & inconsistent. It's also a bit far from the beach and old town, which is fine walking there but there is a large hill when walking back to the apartment.

It's a roomy apartment with a sitting area, kitchen, and separate bedroom. There is a small balcony (no chairs to sit out there but nice view of a hill/trees). The host picked me up at the train station and let me into the apartment. He was communicative when there were any issues.

There was barely any toilet paper and wifi was poor (90% of time not working).
