SeychellesIts small establishment, the rooms had a wall that backed onto the kitchen, so that sometimes was a little bit annoying as you could hear the pots and pans in the kitchen. However, that was not an issue because we were out for most of the day and the kitchen closes at 10. We also had an issue locating the area on Google Maps and Apple maps. However, when we got there, the locals pointed us directly to the place. Please don’t take that as a comment for not booking, please book their place. It is very nice and you are helping a local business.
We liked it had cosy feeling. We got a free cocktail after checkin. It was strong! Good way to Start the evening, we had dinner there tapas was great! Breakfast was amazing. Make sure to ask for chefs scrambled eggs!

SwitzerlandTaxi reservation should be improved. Requested ahead of time, reconfirmed in the morning, it still did not arrive. I don't understand the process of copying credit card details if payment is done by the terminal. As a person working in finance I'm against any practices of copying credit cards. It was the only hotel in Caribbean that had this process.
Lovely room with great facilities, decor was superb. The location is great, 5min walk to the beach, grocery shop next to the hotel. Breakfast was rich and very tasty. All ladies working there were very helpful. It's a lovely place designed with taste. For improvements see below.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. the room does not have a view but when you walk a short distance it was beautiful. a little convenience store was half a block away and was stocked with everything from food to cleaning to medical to alcohol. It is a little hard to find, using Waze app made it easy. They also have an outside bar/ restaurant that was great. I highly recommend!!

United StatesHorrible lag time in communication. Booked this hotel from miami as I was going to miss the last St Barths ferry for the day. My flight from Miami was delayed 6hrs. Landed @ 9:15pm. Immigration was unprepared to meet the flight and that process took an additional hour. Left the airport @ 10:15pm and drove 30 min to Blue Sail. I WhatsApped and called the hotel both from Miami around 6pm and again from St Martin airport Wi-Fi @ 9;15on re: late check-in time and got a response FOUR DAYS LATER. The property was pitch dark when I arrived. My taxi driver was lucky enough to run into a woman who had been drinking in a nearby cafe with the property manager. She led us to him. This is all taking place @ 11pm at night. The manager was kind and made me a plate of sandwich meat and cheese as I had been traveling for 18hrs. But there are no late night food options or services to accommodate delayed flights. If the taxi driver had not found this random woman to inquire with, I probably would have had to sleep on the deck of the hotel. The whole check-in process, last minute booking and inability to reach any staff prior to landing or upon landing was 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 When I made the booking, I selected a late checkin time. If that wasn’t possible Blue Sail should have declined the booking. Also, No cups/ no water bottle in the room. Wimpy AC unit did not cut it. I was uncomfortably hot, sticky and thirsty
