Breakfast was modest. Beside that, coming only 10 minutes late, there was nothing left (except few croissants). A bit too strict for such a high class & expensive holiday place.

What we didn't like was the resort's location high up in the mountains, which made access to it and nearby places of interest quite difficult. This remote positioning also posed challenges in obtaining food, further complicating our stay.

We loved the breathtaking views that greeted us at every turn, providing a panoramic spectacle of nature's beauty. Additionally, the staff was amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made a significant difference in our experience.

We had a fantastic, memorable stay at the Paradise Peak. So many highlights - from the warm hospitality from Tess and Hugh, gorgeous views, plants and birds, delightful and healthy breakfast (followed by complimentary sunset drinks!), a location that felt truly unique on the island, wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat, great linens and comfortable seating throughout the property. Perfect as a base for exploring the island or just to check out and take it easy. We can’t wait to come back again!

There are some improvements that are required to make it a ‘10’. The access road is in need of repair -like much of the French side of the Island - it’s pitted and deteriorated . The driveway into the property is particularly steep and slippery to the point of being unsafe . For the price , the breakfast could be improved .Could use A little more effort , flair and abundance . They ran out of bread and croissant each morning - although they were excellent . For some reason the millennial owners hve decided that TV. service is not necessary . while excellent Streaming Service is available , older guests would still enjoy Cable News etc. to keep them connected . Finally , the hot water is limited . I would suggest Solar Heat tanks that are very common in Europe .

This is a superb boutique property on the French Side . I hve been to St Martin 9 times and this is the nicest hotel yet . The facilities are excellent, the view is astounding and the young hosts are very welcoming and friendly , yet not intrusive . Rooms are spacious , well appointed and immaculate .The long and trek up the mountain is challenging but given the location well worth it . very importantly the Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the property .

The bed was a bit firm for our taste. The Pic Paradise road up to the hotel was a bit rough, but our little rental car made it up just fine.

A very quiet and peaceful location nearly at the top of the mountain. Beautiful tropical garden/forest surrounds much of the property and makes the terrace overlooking the island very relaxing with a spectacular view. The hosts Hugh and Tess were very helpful and informative, and assisted in making several reservations for us. The Hibiscus Restaurant next door is fabulous. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and tranquil. The hosts also served wine for the sunset view off the terrace each evening - one of many nice touches. This is truly a peaceful and romantic location far from noise and crowds, yet in ten minutes you can drive down to one of many beaches.

There were quite a few bugs (roaches) and mosquitoes in the room. It’s the jungle, so I guess it was to be expected.
