At points there was a noticable amount of screaming children. It's not the resorts fault just something to keep in mind if you were looking for an adults only place, this is more family friendly stay.

The location is beautiful and right next to Berovo Lake and the room and all across the resort there are beautiful mountain views. We stayed off season (November). While there isn't much to do in the neighboring areas. We went to some of the hiking trails around and enjoyed the spa services at the hotel. For us we were looking for a relaxing weekend getaway and that is exactly what it was. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, and the restaurant meals were delicious. While we were there there was an Italian themed night with three course meal for 10 euro, Macedonian traditional food the next night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

You have to pay extra for using the SPA services and book a reservation. Reservation is with limit for 1 hour. On the other hand when you have a reservation for the SPA you can be sure it is just for you.

Breakfast was nice, clean rooms. Rooms were really warm in the evening in the end of October. Location is close to the Berovo lake.

The location of this resort is excellent, huge property and great for outdoor walking in the nature. The food is delicious. The breakfast was included in our package but had great selection and the portions were huge, more then we could eat. We always ate at the restaurant, lunch and dinner was also excellent.

the fact nothing was included in the price we paid. like,paying extra for the indoor pool and the play room for the kids?? one girl from the staff wasn’t pleasant at one occasion at the dinner we had in the restaurant. we were told she is related to the owners of the resort,(not good!)

The beauty of the mountains and nature that the resort was surrounded by was absolutely amazing. Although the facility was completely booked we never felt crowded and felt at peace.

This is a gem in Macedonia, a golden standard for what a resort should look like. Wonderful staff, wonderful food, clean, peaceful, comfortable. Will definitely come back for a longer stay.

On one of the days for lunch, restaurant service was extremely slow. It was a public holiday so extra busy however we waited nearly an hour to be served after speaking to staff 3 times. Furthermore, we would have loved to have a massage, however the massage therapist was attending a wedding on the day and they did not have any other staff to fill in. It would have been good to advise guests prior to coming to pre book.

The breakfast buffet was perfect, one of the best I’ve had, many options and traditional options too. The pool is amazing, perfect temperature with beautiful view and surrounding, you will feel like you are in another world here. The whole property is fantastic, just surreal, so fresh and clean with green surrounding and animals on site that you can watch or feed. Easy to access the walk around the dam which I definitely recommend. The room has a rustic but modern feel and has everything you need. They are very private and have a cute balcony. It is a super relaxing stay, and you will likely leave feeling refreshed

The location of the place is perfect. Surrounded by the "lungs" of Berovo and near the Berovo lake - your body will heal itself. Plus, you can swim in the outdoor pool and use the spa. The staff is super friendly and helpful - the best example of Macedonian hospitality. Exceptional and delicious food - you will experience the real Macedonian traditional food in all its glory.

The room and the restaurant are pretty outdated. They should definitely renovate and refresh it for the price they charge. It feels like an old, cheap one. Also adding a mosquito nets would be good idea especially for summer. We've been in a luxurious places in Greece for that price. The coffee served during breakfast is base filter coffee and it differs a lot than the one you can order for money later. Kind of cheap direction here from the hotel since you pay good money for the stay. The staff needs improvement as well. It's very hard to reach the reception. We have been calling repeatedly to get someone on the phone. The Internet in the room didn't work.

We've been here many times but this was the first time in summer. The outdoor pool is what attracted us and the cool fresh air. August is pretty hot in Macedonia and this is a great escape from it. Temperature is pretty normal during the day and chilly enough during the night. Perfect for rest. The apartment was pretty clean and spacious. The pool is good size and enough to take some swim in it, although almost all of the guests were with kids and there was a lot of noise around which lowers the quality of the time spent there. Food is delicious. We had a BB and the breakfast was awesome. Also stayed for lunch as well, no complaints there. We were allowed to stay at the pool even after check-out, so we spent the day there.
