There are separate beds in the room made as one which are not so comfortable especially when the use of it is for couples. They should provide more information that the beds are from twin room connected in one. The housekeepers are very loud in the morning when they are cleaning the rooms around and we had situation of one housekeeping entering the very early morning in our room just because she confused our room with the one that was with check out. Those details are important to be taken in consideration for the next guest.

The location is great which provides calm and peaceful surrounding to rest and enjoy. The rooms are huge and have enough space for having pleasant stay.

Too far from the town of Ohrid - 40 minutes walk along the lake. Bar could be open later - 9pm meant it was difficult to get service and it was far from town.

Staff at the reception were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and the bar was generally great. Great view over the lake and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to the lake.

I didn't like the smell when you enter the hotel, because they held antique furniture, there is that smell like old and mold. I would recommend to the personnel to regularly open doors and ventilate that reception area.

The room was quite good, we had room with mountain view and it was very quiet because of the woods, I like that. Everything seem so good, nothing less than expected. The breakfast was great, I really like it. The stuff was perfect, hot water anytime, clean.

What I didn’t like was that the decoration was a bit cheesy and dark (for my taste). Also I think that 14:00h is a but late for check in.

Nothing. It is not obligation of the hotel , but municipality should be pushed to limit car speed in the vicinity of the hotel, as it is a bit risky when you access main road.

The breakfast was great! Great variety! Nice cake! We enjoyed quiet room with the view to the mountain, from where was coming fresh air, which was particular convenient when daily temperatures were very high. There was enough parking space, Wifi was fast and stable. Beaches were in the walking distance. Price was more then reasonable for the quality.

There could be more efforts regarding the cleaning, especially in the bathroom and in the restaurant, and we believe that the hotel can improve their rating this way overall. Otherwise, I strongly recommend the hotel in the future.

The location is wonderful, the hotel is very nice and their staff has been exceptionally friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the stay!

(except the reception desk.) each time we needed to order something, the staff with glum face, they were look like they are working there very unhappily. so sad. also the room was not clean at all, all the corners of the room was spider web. bathroom was ok. however we cannot use our lake view balcony because of the dirth

The staff is very helpful and professional. Its very clean. The ambient is mistical and full of antiques. There are more than 100 years old pianos and still in function and you can play.

The hotel has a great lobby and terrace area. We had a fantastic view of Lake Ohrid from our room. The staff was exceptionally nice. Lots of free parking.

Had to cross a busy road to get to beach, but this had nothing to do with the hotell or its staff.

Breakfast was really good, but the staff was amazing! Really helpful and friendly. Recommend to book rooms directly, they are a lot more flexible than an online booking system.

The car park was often full with cars of non-hotel guests, using it to access the beach opposite. It's a local thing, but the numbers of smokers was not good - perhaps consider a non-smoking area on the terrace where non-smokers can also enjoy the fresh air without having lungfuls of nicotine.

Amazingly helpful reception staff - assisted immediately with a problem of a broken bed leg, and also helped arrange a car repair when we had a puncture. Even got the repair guy to come to the hotel - cannot recommend the 2 chaps on afternoon reception duty highly enough.
