Bad breakfast, the employee in charge is extremely rude and not at all friendly. People smoking throughout the breakfast room. It was a bad experience to start the day.

Our highlight was the private cab we booked from the Hotel. They were friendly , spoke good english and gave us a lot of useful information about the country. Location was perfect. Old bazaar was easily accessible and had really good food options. Staff was helpful. Spa was good. Room service was nice, our room was stocked up everyday.

A lot of stairs up and down. Hotel is also on top of a hill (more stairs). Food was mediocre. I'm not a picky eater but I could hardly find anything I liked. Maybe just a cultural difference

Unfortunately our bath room had a bad smell, it comes from the shower drain.

Nice Hotel with best location, only 2 minutes two old basar. Breakfast was very delicious. Personal very helpful. Private parking space. The Spa and Wellness department was very very nice. Very clean hotel, rooms had a nice view over the old basar.

I do not know what has been happening but breakfast served at the top restaurant, from my point of view, is worse and worse. There are less choice of dishes, and for example scrambled eggs and omelettes are cold. For a while there was served breakfast at the lower level and it was better. There is a problem with finding a place at the parking lot but staff is solving that problem.

Breakfast could be better, some food that should be served warm was cold. We stayed in duplex room - upstairs where the bed is was hot and not so much air.

Spa is really great. Located in the turkish part of the city with cute small pedestrian streets. Staff is really nice and polite. Everything was clean.

We’d appreciate more attention to the detail - the big shower head in the room was broken, some details of it were a bit rusty, some hot dishes in the breakfast were cold, the jacuzzi and one of the saunas were smelling of mold, and I’d recommend to the spa staff to ask the guests in the sauna beforehand if they want some menthol crystals to be thrown into the fire because once I couldn’t stop stand its strong smell. Be aware that from 5 AM there are loud prayers from the mosque.

Excellent location, just in front of the Old Bazaar and the Skopje Fortress. As soon as you arrive there you know that you are at a 5 star hotel: the reception was very pleasant, the interior was very luxurious. The restaurant is convenient as it’s situated on the rooftop of the hotel, provided the room-service and 10% discount for its guests as well. The quality of the food was however medium, as well as the staff (out beverages were spilled and one of the dishes ordered has never arrived) but overall experience was very positive. The 2-hour daily spa access was included in price which was perfect for us, the staff was very nice but certain things needed more attention and cleaning however we liked the recreation it gave us.

It smells to cigarette everywhere. From rooms to restaurant. People smoking indoors and staff are OK with it, regardless of the no-smoking signs visible basically everywhere. Non-smoking indoors should be enforced, and transgressions should be fined. We couldn't try the restaurant due to the stiff cloud of smoke. Furthermore, breakfast was good, but after two days, it was boring because they made no variations. Massages are nice addition, but one of us got quite sore after the Thai massage. It was not that relaxing experience. Overall, it can be way better for a 5-star hotel.

Spaceuos rooms, clean and tidy. All sorts of toiletries. Spa facilities are OK. There is a mosque next door, so be aware that they call for prayer at 5:00 am using rather loud speakers

I was irritated by small mishaps such as: a broken leg on the bed; non-working shower in its basic version (water flows like a waterfall, not like rain); hot water comes to the bathroom very slowly; a torn pocket on the bath dressing gown. The pool has colder water than normal and the jacuzzi has very hot water. No possibility to order espresso.

The hotel is nice. It met my expectations. We are satisfied with the breakfast offered - there is something for every taste. Various offers - salads, cold appetizers, soup, eggs, sweets. The coffee is not good. There is no possibility to order an espresso. The room is spacious. The outdoor courtyard with the waterfall is an ideal place to relax. The staff is very kind and helpful. Enough clean.

It has a bit of a cold and overly luxurious design, the "rain" shower head was broken, there was really loud music late at night even though it's a spa resort hotel to relax. Internet had some connection & disconnection issues.

Rooms were spacious, the spa was excellent and the breakfast was filling.

The hotel is nice and located in the centre of the city. They have a lovely rooftop bar where we spent the most of our free time. The spa facilities and the breakfast are ok. The hotel staff is really kind and welcoming.
