Nothing really to dislike.

Fabulous modern hotel on the outskirts of the city. We had a room which looked out over the city and had a huge balcony to sit and enjoy the view. The hotel is very clean, our bed was very comfortable, the breakfast has a decent selection and the Sky Bar is an amazing place to enjoy breakfast or an evening meal. Free parking on site is a bonus. Staff are very polite, helpful and enthusiastic and speak very good English. We didn't use the spa facilities so can't comment on them. Definitely recommend.

The restaurant turns into a club in the evening. It is horribly filled with smoke and loud music continues through the night. The „Spa“ consists of a small sauna and a jacuzzi that didn’t work.

The Spa area is very small, no place to sit down and relax - its just a small sauna that fits 4 people nothing else- with "spa" even in the hotel name we expected something else

Restaurant staff could have been friendlier, all other staff at the property such as at check in and security were very friendly, but the restaurant staff were not very welcoming at all.

- My room on the mountain side was very dark despite lots of windows and being on the sixth floor. I think the blinds block out a lot of the light because of the style, and the fact you can't raise them completely. This is then exacerbated by the dark paint choice of the room ( although it was beautiful). - The bar staff were normally waiting just outside rather than in the bar, so I felt like I was interrupting them if I wanted a drink. - The restaurant staff were polite, but not as friendly as the staff at the nearby restaurants.

- The breakfast was amazing even for a fussy eater like me! I'd recommend going first thing when the fried eggs are at their freshest! Beautiful views outside the windows too! Best hotel views in Skopje by far! - The location was great, and away from all the noise! You pretty much turn right outside the hotel and follow the same road for 15-20 minutes and you're in the main town. Very simple! - There is a supermarket to the left about 1 minute walk. - Housekeeping were excellent. My room was very clean and well stocked. - Excellent sized room, and very stylish.

Everything was great, hotel is nice, clean, rooms are spacious and bed is very comfortable. Location is a little bit further from the city center, but if you have a car is great because hotel has free parking. The staff is very polite and helpful.

1. The storage area in the room is a bit small. 2. Everyday the same breakfast buffet. However, it’s good.

The hotel is new, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Despite I booked the normal room, they gave me a room with a beautiful city view. The room size is very good. The breakfast was included and delicious. Also, the underground parking was really helpful.

Busstop ( to cable car )was supposed to be just across the store nearby Hotel but there is no real busstop. Just have to wave at the driver and mostly they stop if possible.

Breakfast was perfect, always asked for scrambled eggs and was presented nicely. Staff very professional. Climate control in my room made some noise and they wanted to fix it right away. For now I just wanted it off and that was perfect during my stay. Small gym and sauna but great when quite. Beautifull and clean room with own dolce gusto coffee machine. Had a perfect view of the city from the room. Ramstore for groceries just around the corner.

The hotel is not directly in the center, but still at a nice and convenient location especially for active people who like some walking (20 mins to centre) or hiking (5 minutes to mountain hiking trails.) Comfortable and clean room, although we got one on the ground floor with very limited view. Nice and friendly staff in the panorama bar. Delicious breakfast of broad selection. Good, but a bit dusty gym.

Beautiful place to stay for a couple of nights. We enjoyed the sky bar at the evening and eating breakfast as well. Nice place, great kitchen. We will definitely stay there again.
