Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Paid 470 eur cash, received receipt for 468 eur with no resonable explaination. I have booked 4 rooms all 4 receipts with 2 euro less... Not that 2 euro matter, but leaves an unpleasant feeling in the customers. All the chairs in the breakfast area are dirty and with stains.The location is far the from city centre.

AustraliaOnly issue was there weren't robes in the room so after using the pool had to ask reception at the spa for towels - a very minor issue.
Everything was great. Especially the spa treatments, gym, pool and sauna. We loved the restaurant - some of the best food in Skopje, and the breakfast buffet was extensive. Staff here go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay! Highly recommend.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The rooms were absolutely spotless. The spa was top notch. The breakfast and restaurant were worth every penny. The locations was pretty good, there is even an running trail and outdoor gym just outside of the hotel grounds.

United Kingdomfor being a 6 year old hotel the bathroom had a large stain on the wall (432) & annoyingly the blinds didn't close fully. couldn't figure it out. breakfast was poor. not great food, not great options & a 30 minute walk to the centre.
very comfortable, large room, gym was amazing, everything was so clean. room service food was 10/10, they always accommodated my needs.
