The personal was very respectful, friendly. Is was easy to finding the hotel, parking very large in front of hotel. Quiet rooms and have security camera (sleep in safe)

Veceru smo porucili cim smo dosli, cekali smo jelo 2 sata sto nam se nikad nije desilo nigde. Konobar je bio totalno nezainteresovan, nije se ni izvinio zbog tolikog cekanja na hranu. Samo zbog toga ocena 8.

Prostrana soba, veoma ukusna hrana, svinska tava - jelo, probajte i necete se pokajati. Osoblje uglavnom ljubazno osim jednog konobara koji je bio jako nezainteresovan da nam posluzi veceru.

Sjajno i predusretljivo osoblje, čist hotel, dobro i lepo sređene sobe,dobra hrana. Koliko su domaćini predusretljivi, govori činjenica da pošto nam se pokvario automobil nismo mogli da dodjemo dana kada smo imali rezervaciju vec tek sutradan. Domaćini su nam ne samo pomerili rezervaciju već nisu hteli ni da nam naplate oba dana, već samo dan kada smo prenoćili! Ukoliko ste na putu za Gčku, ovo je sjajno mesto da prepolovite put!

the location was weird, outside area miserable, inside the room was dirty (fridge had a horrible smell inside), staff in the terrace was speaking loud and nasty words at all time, food was 2h late tough we were with 2 small kids and no other guests were in the restaurant, at night it was noisy and surroundings were horrible. I would never come back!

The member of staff at the reception was extremely slow and did not even know on which floor the rooms were. The first room had a strong smell of sewage mixed with cigarette smoke, the second room just latter.

The breakfast was OK and the room looked clean.

For everyone please don’t go, try to find something else even if is with 10 euro expensive, rooms are incredibly dirty toilet broken, shower liking water outside to the room the staff very rude… try to go somewhere else…

Sam problems in the rooms like there was not door in the shower. But the greatist problem was young, sovereighn , irritating desk clerk speaking no one foreign language.

At 5 o'clock in the morning, the staff let out too loud an hour and woke everyone up. He turned off the music only at our notice.

WIFI rarely works. Dirty rooms. The breakfeast is not from the time written. In the evening there was no water, we could not have a shower or wash our hands... TV does not work in the room. Etc...

On the day of arrival the staff was really kind. Good location for transit stay. At least the air conditioning works.

Booked room for our family was not available. Got two separate rooms. Had to accept because it was late at night. Rooms were old, spots on the wall and also moldy. Also the climate was moldy so we did not want to avtivate it. The bathroom felt in its parts, water ran everywhere. Had no towels and as written in booking no hygenic articles. Another problem that did not let us sleep: the locked and private parking area was full (very small, only for 4 to 5 cars) so we had to park outside. For that reason we could not sleep anyway.

The surrounding area and building feels extremely sketchy and parking is just on the side of the road. We were told there are cameras watching the parking, but we still felt a bit uncomfortable leaving the car there and chose not to leave anything valuable inside. Room smelled like smoke and was not particularly comfortable. Bed squeaked quite a bit every time we moved. The toilet wouldn't stop running, we had to open it up and manually shut it off eventually. Shower was full of mold. Refrigerator was not particularly clean and rusting. "Pond" area in the garden looks like it hasn't been cleaned in centuries and smelled a bit as well.

Location was convenient for driving. We wanted somewhere close to the highway and the Serbian border and this fit that well. Reception area and restaurant/bar were nicer than the hotel. Food with good value and large portions. The fish soup was quite good. The bar also had a nice outdoor terrace, and there are some tables out in the garden with service there as well. Young guy serving us at the bar/restaurant was super nice.

The noise in the room from the chillers. The bathroom, the shower were în bad condition. The TV without remote. Dirty spots on the floor and the lights partial not working.

Everything was great, we stayed only one day. The staff was extremely helpful. Every request we made they tried to accommodate and we couldn't have been more happy. We had dinner and breakfast there and it was very delicious, I recommend eating there. I would 100% go there again just because the staff there (the girl with glasses at the reception and the waiter) treated us exceptionally. Thank you very much!
