No bad things about this hostel.

This hostel is exceptional, the owner is like a friend, from the homely living room to the beautiful dog Gilet, the real log fire, late night chats, sharing food and drink, exchanging stories etc, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, big garden and lovely folks, this is a must-stay.

Kitchen was small and not set up for much cooking but I was only there for one day. I did easily make morning coffee. Bathroom downstairs was cold so I used the upstairs one and it was great.

This is a nice hostel in a house. Very clean with welcoming hosts. Curtains on bunks in warm room, nice bedding, reading lights. Host recommended a restaurant not far to walk to - It was excellent!

The location was a little bit far away from the city center. It got a bit tiring walking back and forth, but that isn't the hostel's fault of course. It should just be something that people stay aware of before booking with them.

The staff were so kind! They were incredibly accommodating to me as I arrived to the airport at 1 AM and they still picked me up! I really loved just how wonderful the property was too.

The hostel is about 25-30 minutes walk from the bus terminal and the city centre. Walking to the hostel is almost a steady uphill. There were definitely too few bathrooms. There were only two showers and two toilets for the whole hostel. Sometimes you had to wait in the morning. You couldn't really sit down in the lower bunk bed.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. There is a really good atmosphere in the hostel and you get to know people very quickly. The kitchen is well equipped. The common area inside and outside was really well designed. There are even two hammocks outside. There were lockers in the room. The beds have curtains. The wifi worked well.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, communal area inside and out are great for meeting other travellers, free tea and coffee, quiet leafy neighbourhood, bedroom well appointed with lamps and plenty of powerpoints

Beds have curtains so you can have a bit of privacy even in the dorm! The staff was very helpful and the location was super good - 10mins walk from the center but the neighbourhood was really quiet and peaceful.

The overall attitude and kindness of the staff and the atmoshphere was amazing. The cosy hammocks made my stay 2000% better.

A bit far from the center (but I knew it and if you know what the fair price is, taxis are cheap) I could not sit in the lower bunk bed as the upper beds were quite low. The elderly man from the staff was quite grumpy. I guess that is Balkan charm but I think he could say things a bit more friendly..

The place is perfect if you want to get in touch with other travelers. Common space is very nice even with large garden. Beds are comfy and the whole hostel very clean. Very friendly and family environment.

It got incredibly hot during the nights, even with the fan, and the pillows were not that comfortable.

Dorm was very small. Hostel was really crowded on first few days with large group. Location up steep hill was difficult to find and hard work. Photocopied map of Skopje provided was not very useful.

Good hostel. Excellent common facilities inside and outside. Good kitchen. Curtains on dorm beds. Host kindly baked a cake for everyone on my last night. Excellent written details on board of how to get to main areas of interest.

I didn’t like the attitude towards me the staff guy took. But it’s ok. I tried not to care about it. The location is a bit far, not much but still a bit distant

Overall it was a good stay. Due to very good reviews maybe I was expecting little more than what I saw. The woman staff was very kind with me and gave me good suggestions for local food !
