The food wasn't good, with a place like this, they can really try harder with a better choice and better quality. Local cuisine is so good in general and they can really do more offering better quality. Also the staff wasn't friendly, especially compared to most places in Macedonia. Obviously the condition of the hotel is very dated, so it definitely needs some renovations.

The actual facilities are very nice, beautiful lake, nice animals, the children's playground is fantastic, it's spacious, big and perfect for events. Location is also great, because it's right next to the highway, so if you are planning to go somewhere else, you don't have to waste time getting out of the city.

Our rooms were not really well cleaned. There were some sheets missing for our bed, there was no airconditioning, it was hard to sleep with those tempratures. The bathroom was the worst

Old facilities, uncomfortable beds, and the room smelled a bit of cigarettes. The geese in the garden smelled a lot and there were a lot of mosquitoes.

It was clean but a bit shabby, like in the old hotels. Certainly not a 4 star hotel, I would rather categorize it as 2 stars. No remote control for air conditioner and with open window I could get all highway traffic noise. Also the the mattress on the bed was to soft for my rest. I would look for something else the second time.

I was able to book it in the same day and have a place to sleep.

2 AC units making only noise, not the rooms cooler. One AC unit had no possibility to be stopped as the remote was in another room. Once we found it, at 1 a.m. with the help of personel, and shut the unit off, we figured out the noise from the AC was only covering the noise from the motorway

We stayed one night on the way to Greece so the place close to the highway was perfect, easy to reach, no need to go to the center of the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the view from the balcony was to a beautiful park surrounding the hotel.

There was dust and dirt around the walls and in the places that are not pretty easy to reach with the vacuum cleaner but the bed and bathroom were clean, the value for money was fine. Breakfast was included. It was served without much choice (no idea what vegans would do 😁). Omelet would be perfect if the chef wouldn't use the oil from the previous day, the same for sausages.

The service in the restoraunt is very bed, also the food. Nice restoraubt, nice nature , but i will not come again on dinner or something The rooms smeels on old forniture.

The rooms were in a poor condition. Dirty rooms. We have booked two rooms for five people, but there was only beds for four people. One of the closest hotels to the airport, but we will book another hotel next time.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The room was disgusting. Filthy floor, walls and surfaces plus no mattress protector. The state of disrepair and neglect was mind blowing and I’m surprised the hotel inspectors haven’t condemned it. I declined eating in the restaurant, as if the state of the rooms were anything to go by, I didn’t want food poisoning as well. To add more; two of the resident dogs attached mine on her lead and are a through nuisance. There is duck and goose droppings on all paths, on the restaurant outside floor and grass areas which is so unhygienic. It states WiFi available in all areas; it isn’t. In this day and age it should be available everywhere. The whole experience was utterly disgraceful on the part of management and needs a total refurbishment.

We had a very comfortable and peaceful stay on the outskirts of Skopje at Hotel Bellevue. The staff were very pleasant and were always willing to help us. We really enjoyed the food that was served to us each evening. The surroundings are really nice and the wildlife there was really unexpected, loved feeding the ducks and birds while having the evening meal.

Hotel is old and it should invest in new furniture and carpets. Toilet is clean but anyway has stains and limescale and it's not look good.

Nothing to complain having in mind price asked.

Exceptional beds. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Free parking and good access to a highway. Excellent price. If you are searching good place to stay around Skopje don't look any further. If your main destination is Skopje than it is more convenient to go for a hotel in a city, despite this hotel is just 15 minutes driving from city centre.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly and the location is great if you want to stay near the airport but that’s about it. The hotel is very much dated over all, would not be back.
